The location is great if you are needing to be near the train station or not as it is a lively and busy area with many wonderful historical places and a variety of very good food choices all within walking distance. The staff were all very kind and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed including a fan and an air conditioner and a very good small refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water.

Experienced during check-in: Time 2.45 p.m This hotel is actually has a main door (gate) to a courtyard to many other hotels. The gate was locked and we could not enter the courtyard and there was no button to unlock the gate or to alert the receptionist. We we lucky that there was a guest opening the gate. I believed he had checked-in. Once we enter Hotel Washington reception, there was a guy, not friendly at all, not even stand-up while talking to us.. Room conditions: We booked twin bed but we were given a combined 2 single beds and not queen bed. Other conditions as per attached photos for you to judge the room conditions.

The hotel is near terminal station .

Broken toilet with sewage leaking onto the ground, reception unwilling to do anything about it citing reasons such as not having rooms to change. Found another room to book within the same place after the conversation. Photo of towel on the ground with sewage water that was already in toilet before use.

No one at reception, can’t check in! There is no 24 hour reception

The location of the hotel is very good since it is very close to the Termini station. Facilities were okay. Air conditioning was working. The only problem for me was the cleanliness of the room. It was very dusty and there was some leftover thing in the drawer. I can recommend this place for 1 or 2 night stay. If you plan to stay more or will be inside during the day,you can choose another place. Overall, it was good.

It was so good. I recommend you to come here next time. If you want a comfortable place with a cheap price, this is the place to come.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. 1. The shower drain is clogged (not cleaned). 2. The shower finish is completely off, so water overflows into the room. 3. Among the amenities that are supposedly provided, there is only one disposable shampoo bag and towel. You only get one per person. 4. There is no heating. 5. There is not even toilet paper in the bathroom. 6. The front desk staff is always out somewhere and you can't call them. 7. The city tax is collected by the size of the room, not the number of people. 8. The bedding is very dirty. 9. The room is damp and smells like mold. 10. There is no soundproofing. It's very noisy.

The hotel is not bad, great location, behind Termine station, the room was cleaned every day, great for a short stay, the reception staff were nice and helpful, it was worth the cost and benefit, I would definitely go back. Just one detail: they could remove the trash cans that are in front of the hotel, as the building is being renovated there is also rubbish, but nothing that would interfere with the stay. Note: I have visited Rome 3 times, it has been better, you have to be careful in the area, there are a lot of pickpockets.

It was average, to be honest, it was too average, the quilt was dirty and there were small ants on the floor, it was not an exaggeration, luckily I brought my own four-piece set, and I slept with my own quilt cover at night...

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! This is a very bad hotel. It is under renovation and still in business. The photos are far from reality. The room is smelly, the roof is leaking, and there is a trash can under the window. C_trip should not recommend such a bad hotel to customers. Terriable! Is such a terriable experience!The smell of the room is very bad. And the lage rubbish box is under the only one window.All the photos show on introduction like a lie.
