The location is perfect. The room was a bit small as there was not enough space to open all the luggage but we managed it. House keeping everyday which I really love. If only the hotel had a washing machine and dryer (coin type) it would be excellent.

The Hotel location is very nice, bathroom is clean, the front desk staff-all are very accommodating  and helpful. They’re check in is not 24hours but they will wait for you till midnight,  just inform them  for your late arrival and  they will assist you. Over all, they have very good service and the hotel location is perfect

Strategic location with direct bus from airport. Highly recommended!

Nancy is the saving grace of customer service at this establishment, if it weren't for her my review would have some scathing claws. The location is great if you want to be amidst the hustle and bustle of Myeondong. The hotel is on the doorstep of Exit 5 from the station. Follow signs to enter near the money exchange entrance along the traffic road and go up to the 17th floor on the service lift, a little bit of a maze but if you have half a brain you'll work it out. If you're in Room 1314, 1414 or surroundings and TV with wifi is important to you, check this out when you first arrive and ask for a room swap if this is a wifi black spot. Save yourself 9-11pm hassles with the rude manager trying to fix the TV when all you want to do is chill and sleep. Thank goodness for Nancy who had a direct line to the 'good' manger who saw sense and swapped my room after two nights of the same merry go round. Got an upgrade, which was why the 'bad' manager wasn't happy. Cleaning wasn't great, coffee mark on shelving, toothpaste on the bathroom basin and a random wayward hair, but fly away hairs seems to be the norm at the establishments I've been staying at. Otherwise the place was clean. A little outdated with decor but location location location. Book in advance, I didn't and paid way too much, but that's down to my own laziness/busyness.

This hotel has a very good location and only 10 seconds to either Myeongdong Night Market or Myeongdong Metro station entrance. It has a convenient store inside the hotel on 3/F. It would be better experience if they offer breakfast. Good overall.

Impress with the room with window. Room without window will be too warm.

Location was great, closed to subway entrance and easy to get to shopping and eating. The room looked old but clean. The staff was very helpful.

1) Old furniture which is fine as long as it’s working. 2) TV has not internet connection and wifi connection is only given at help desk. 3) Aircon temperature can’t be adjusted but luckily is winter and there’s windows that can open to allow cool air to enter.

The stay in the hotel was great! The location is great, very easy to reach from anywhere, the metro station is super close . The stuff is very polite and helpful. Will stay again if travel to Seoul :)

This place location is amazing! Bus stop and train station are right beside the hotel. Since it is located literally beside myeondong street, it is very easy for you to find convenience store, restaurants, pharmacy, technically everything you need. Room is also very spacious and clean too. And if you are lucky, you will get namsan tower as your view. Staffs are very friendly and fluent in English. Would love to choose this hotel all over again.

Nice budget friendly facility in the middle of a bustling metropolis.
