This hotel kept coming up on my fyp when I was trying to book a hotel in Gangam - but the hotel is over an hour away fro Gangam- when I realized this I try to cancel it within 5 mins of booking and I got no one- the app and the credit card help me to dispute it but was never able to get resolve - I had to book a second hotel closer to me but never got my money back!

The hotel's cleanliness needs to be improved. There was a strong smell of smoke when I entered the room. I asked to change to a different counter and was told that it could only be changed once. The second room had less smoke smell, but there were mosquitoes in the hotel. I almost didn't sleep all night and was bitten by mosquitoes. I made a last-minute reservation because the hotel I wanted to book was unavailable. I didn’t expect the experience to be so bad...

The service of the hotel staff is very good. Because I am a foreigner, I have poor communication. After the counter staff are busy, they go directly to the room to help me solve the air-conditioning problem. Thank you very much

There was a lot of dust in the room, but I wonder if they should do it because of the price. I think it would be nice if the employees smiled a little more.

The environment is very good.

It was convenient, cheap, clean, quiet, and nice for transportation.
