This was by far the WORST accommodation experience I’ve ever had in Korea. The location is extremely inconvenient — built on a steep slope with no elevator. We dragged our heavy luggage with great effort only to face more steps at the entrance, while the staff just stood there watching without offering any help. Although they later said they could help, most of the lifting still had to be done by ourselves, which felt insincere and unhelpful. The room itself was a nightmare: it had a bad odor, and turning on the air conditioner released an even worse smell. The hygiene was unacceptable, and the facilities were incredibly old and worn out. On top of that, the refrigerator made loud noises all night long, making it impossible to sleep. The most basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, and quietness were completely unmet. This hotel failed in both service and facilities. I will NEVER stay here again and strongly advise other travelers to avoid this place at all costs — it will ruin your trip! 這是我在韓國最糟糕的住宿經驗！首先，旅館的位置極度不便，建在斜坡上卻完全沒有電梯，我們拖著沉重行李費盡全力才到門口，結果門口還有幾級台階，職員居然只是冷眼旁觀，完全沒有伸出援手。雖然後來提出可以幫忙搬行李，但實際上大部分還是要我們自己完成，服務態度極其敷衍。 房間更是惡夢般的存在：一進去就有異味，冷氣一開更是散發怪味，衞生條件令人無法接受，整體設施老舊到誇張。更糟的是，冰箱整晚發出巨大噪音，根本無法安睡！作為旅客，最基本的乾淨、舒適與安靜完全沒有達到。 這間旅館不僅硬體差，服務也讓人失望透頂。我絕對不會再入住，並強烈不推薦任何人選擇這裡，否則只會破壞你整個旅程的心情！快跑！！！
