The hotel is clean and the location is excellent. Walking distance to metro station and many restaurants around the area.

Location is quite good, just 5-8min walk from Chungmuru station exit 5 and Euljiro 3 Station. Front desk staff is very helpful and room is spacious with nice design.

It is a simple hotel stayed in between 2 different subway stations, which line 2, 3, 4 all bring you back to the hotel without changing subway lines. If you are taking airport shuttle, it is only 4 mins walk from the bus station. However, the hotel itself has not much around with a walking distance. There might even be some noise outside of the building during the night, though it is not serious. Staff is helpful and good in English. The room and bathroom is clean but there are some stains on the carpet.

We appreciate the service provided by Dana, who has well understood our needs and arranged room change for us next morning. Also, the receptionist named Ryan followed up on our room change in an efficient way. These 2 helpful staff is the high value asset for your hotel

Not bad over all. It’s just the first day of my visit, the AC wouldn’t turn on. Called the staff and she said it’s central heater. It’s not that hot that day and we are able to open the windows.

Found hair on the pillows. Obviously the cleaner didn’t change the bedsheet and pillowcase. Disgusting. Also the bath towels were not pure white. Felt like it has been here for years.

Location - good, close to underground train station. Service - average Guestroom enviroment - so so, can not watch TV, because the TV beside the bed and I have to turn my neck to watch. No bathroom amenities provide - understand mainly for environmental friendly, but we should get the advice earlier not until the moment go around to find the tooth paste, brush...etc..luckily the convinent shop just few steps from hotel.. This hotel needs to review and needs improvement
