저렴하게 이용하기 좋아요. 외부시설은 좀 낙후 됐지만 실내는 괜찮은 편으로 제주여행시 주로 잠만 자기때문에 이용하기에 좋았습니다.

1. 장점
- 방 크기대비 저렴함
- 주변에 상가가 없어 조용함
- 멀리 바다뷰가 보임(지대가 높음)
- 방에 문제가 있어 교체요청 시 같은 방이 없으면 무상 업그레이드 권유
- 외관보다 방이 깔끔함
- 냉난방 잘됨
- 간단한 조리가능(인덕션, 싱크대 있음)
- 방음 잘됨
- 수압 강함
- 민원시 빠른 응대
- 생각보다 벌레없음
2. 단점
- 침대 머리맡에 콘센트 없음(침대 머리맡 간접등 밑에 안보이는 곳에 있으나 간접등이나 조명에 다 사용중)
- 인근에 식사할 곳이 없음
- 주변에 폐건물
- OTT없음(유선방송만 나옴)
- 화장실 청소후 바닥 물기를 제거하지 않아 바닥타일 가장자리 흰색으로 올라옴(개인적 청소의견)
- 방에 곰팡이 냄새남(체크인 할 때 보일러 틀라고 안내함-실제 보일러 틀면 냄새 많이 완화, 원하면 페브리즈 같은 방향제 뿌려줌, 화장실은 다음날 아침에도 조금 냄새남)
- 리모컨에 조명버튼 없음(스탠드 조명 전원 각자켜야됨, 다른 조명은 침대 옆 탁자에 버튼 있음)

B동 디럭스 룸에 묵었으며 방은 사진과 동일한 크기이며 곰팡이 냄새를 제외하면 전반적으로 만족함, 혼자 묵을 시 심심할 수 있어 놀거리를 가져가는 것을 추천, 낮에는 몰랐으나 아침에 조식먹으러 갈때보니 주차장 거의 만석, 조식은 임대이며 입맛 까다로운 분만 아니면 Soso
