The hotel location was good, near to convenience store and lots of restaurant nearby. It's 10mins walk away from bus terminal, getting from airport to hotel was also convenient. The room was relatively clean, only that at times there is sewer or unpleasant smell coming from the toilet & toilet drain.

Disturbing smell at least in the 3th floor. Sensitive people may have a problem and get headache. Corridors could be cleaner, but the rest was ok.

The hotel is the same as the photo posted but the soundproofing is not good. The noise is very loud outside the hall.

The service of the front desk was moderate. The room and bathroom were clean. Only the A/C filter needed to be cleaned up. Alhough the hotel is a little away from the Sogwipo Central Rotary (Sogwipo Chung-ang Rotary) and there is a long slope to get there, yet the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The sea view from my room was memorable.

Hotel is brand new so all the facilties are new. The hotel front staff are very kind. I stayed east side room and its view is great) Hotel room looks great but need more care about cleanings as there are lot of dust here and there(air con intakes, vent on toilet, floor and some hidden spaces) Pillows on the bed are not comfortable as its fillings are pressed easily and it becomes flat.

There is no partition between the shower room and the toilet, so the water flows towards the toilet, and the toilet drain is not working properly, so the water collects on the floor, and my feet get wet every time I use the toilet.
