This is a really crappy hotel. The front desk staff didn't speak English and ignored my questions. It was so funny! The 3 o'clock check-in doesn't mean you have to go there at 3 o'clock, but you have to queue up at 3 o'clock. It was already 3:30 when I got the room card. I knew there were so many people waiting to check in. What would happen if it started at 2:30? This is an extremely rigid and dogmatic hotel. Outrageous!
