Ephesus Nobel Otel
"This hotel is located in the small town of Selcuk next to Ephesus. There is a market at the doorstep, which is convenient for shopping. The price of a family room is about RMB 500, which is quite affordable, but the quality is just so-so. Compared with the price of more than RMB 500 in China, this quality is definitely seriously inconsistent. But it can't be compared with China. The price in Turkey is basically twice that of China, so it's balanced if you think about it this way."
Celsus Boutique Hotel
"This hotel have a Great location and cleanliness, but major issues with communication and service Pros: The hotel is clean and situated in a very good location. Cons: Misleading taxi information: We asked the staff to call a taxi to Ephesus, and they insisted the price was a fixed €50. I even double-checked, and they confirmed the amount. This felt incredibly dishonest or like a massive language barrier, because we walked to the bus station instead and got a taxi there for only €10. Broken promise on breakfast: We booked a room with breakfast included. Upon check-in, we requested a packed breakfast for our final day due to an early flight, and the reception agreed. We double-confirmed this again the day before we left. However, at check-out, nothing was ready. They offered to make it then, but because we had a strict train schedule to catch, we couldn't wait and had to leave empty-handed. Overall, while the property itself is nice, the service and communication were very disappointing."
Ena Serenity Boutique Hotel Ephesus
"ENA Serenity bears its name well. It is exactly that: Serenity. From the moment you enter you leave the world behind and are welcomed with an amazing husband and wife team who do everything they can to make your stay a memorable one. Their genuine approach, hard work to personalize your needs, the amazingly cozy and comfort especially on the terrace make ENA Serenity an ideal place to stay while in Selcuk. Location is perfect: around 5 minutes from everything you need from the train station to the taxi stands, restaurants & shopping center. The rooms are spacious , very clean and have coffee/tea maker which provides convenience. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for your clothes. The bathrooms have a gorgeous design that make you want to replicate in your own home. Diana’s kitchen : home made foods, totally organic, everything always made fresh. It’s impossible not to eat everything in your plate but then want more. The breakfasts are scrumptious. The terrace is true nirvana. The sunsets with the soft music, the ambiance, the beauty with the silence provides an unparalleled peace. The little touches they provide such as preparing a sandwich for my early morning tour that made miss my breakfast was a lovely gesture. Over all a 10. Don’t waste your time researching other places to stay. ENA Serenity will be your home away from home. "
Ali Baba's House
"very clean and good service, the owner was also very friendly"
Saint John Hotel
"The location of the hotel is behind a main street. The surrounding environment is not good, and there is nothing to go shopping at all, but the interior of the hotel is pretty good. There is a small swimming pool in the middle of the room. Although no one swims, it looks pretty good. The room is not big, and the bed is small, (Turkey feels that there is no bed over 1 meter?) There is a small balcony. Breakfast is okay, and it's not too far to drive to Ephesus attractions."
In Ephesus Hotel and Art Galery
"Great stay and lovely breakfast. The location is near archeological sites and transportation to Ephesus is very convenient."
Ephesus Palace
"The hotel is located in the small town of Selcuk, comfortable and quiet, with several good restaurants nearby. Ephesus attractions are only a 10-minute drive away."
Gullu Konaklari
"It is a place that I can recommend with its rose scented hotel just like its name and its friendly staff, delicious food, clean rooms that make you feel like you are in Güllü Konakları from the moment you enter. It is a quiet and peaceful place that you can also choose just for the food."
Rebetika Hotel & Bistro
"Perfect location in quite neighborhood, yet just few meters awal from historical sites. Easy to reach from city centre and bus shuttle/train station. Breakfast at the rooftop is excelent overlooking isabey mosque. Room has large space for two."

Akanthus Hotel Ephesus
"Tucked away in a little uphill culdesac in Selcuk, I found this jewel hotel Akanthus. Close to St John’s ruins, the palace and the informative Ephesus museum . Easy access to Ephesus (home of Mother Mary) with bus or taxi. Breakfast and tea are all included in this hotel, which also has a good enough pool overlooking a valley. The sunset view from the poolside is awe inspiring!! Hotel was built 2018, and our newly renovated room is a classic, with solid fixtures especially the shower!! Tq to Soner and the lovely maids too 🙏🙏 Worth it!"
Villa Dreams
"Charming little hotel with great view, and a lovely pool surrounded by shaded tables and chaises lounges."
Nazar Hotel
"Located in a residential area of a small town, we booked the place specifically for the swimming pool; the interior was chill. The owner was very welcoming, but seemed a bit too rule-abiding, like a combination of a warm-hearted Turk and a disciplined East Asian."
Stonehouse
Livia Garden Hotel
"Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience and would recommend it to everyone. It's only 3 kilometers from the ancient city of Ephesus, and you can park your car at the main entrance. Cleanliness: The room smelled wonderful as soon as we entered, and everything was very clean. Facilities: The basic facilities were complete, consistent with the promotional photos. Our family of three chose a triple room, which included two single beds and an extra bed—very comfortable. Environment: The dark wood decor combined with the white walls was beautiful. The blooming flowers at the entrance were gorgeous. There's a small courtyard, a swimming pool, and a restaurant for breakfast. Service: The staff warmly welcomed us upon check-in, and the breakfast was very plentiful. We could choose how the eggs were cooked. And there were so many adorable cats and dogs! They looked at us with such pious eyes while we ate breakfast, haha!"
Richmond Ephesus Resort - All Inclusive
"The smell of sewage in the rooms is disturbingly strong. Bed bugs are rampant Mosquitoes are waiting for you You are not a traveler, you are just food for the blood-sucking insects of the Richmond Hotel. Forget lunch and don't eat last night's food. Wait for dinner to be cooked in front of you. Lunch is equal to last night's dinner."
Ephesus Hitit Hotel Restaurant
"PRELIMINARY NOTE: I didn't choose this hotel myself; it was a stop on a package tour of western Turkey from Istanbul down to Antalya. I don't know the actual hotel rate for my stay, so I can't really comment on the value for money. LOCATION: It's located on the outskirts of the small town of Selcuk. It's right next to a busy highway and near a gas station. It took me about 20 minutes to walk to the center of Selcuk at a leisurely pace. There's hardly anything around the hotel. So, if you want to go shopping or have some variety, you should head into town. There you'll also find the Selcuk Fortress on a hill. FACILITIES/SERVICE: The reception was friendly and uncomplicated, and the lobby and public areas made a good impression. I didn't use the outdoor pool or spa facilities, so I can't comment on them. Our tour group was also only there for one night, like the vast majority of guests. The ancient site of Ephesus is nearby, and Selçuk itself isn't a touristy place, so most people come "only" for Ephesus, and the next day the many tour buses move on. Wi-Fi is free, fast, and reliable. There's a bar in the lobby as well as a lounge area. There are two small elevators. The breakfast and dinner selection is limited, offers a basic variety, and is acceptable by Turkish standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. ROOMS: My double room with two single beds for single occupancy was on the first floor – unfortunately facing the street. You can hear the cars, especially when it rains – and it did rain. The windows are single-glazed, and the window and door frames are very thin, like sheet metal. There's no ceiling light, only wall lamps, which makes the room rather dim. The TV is flat-screen but small. There's no safe, only a very old key-operated model languishing uselessly in the dilapidated wardrobe. There's no luggage rack or anything like that. Instead, there are quite a few scratches on the wall. There's a small balcony, a small refrigerator, and two complimentary 0.5-liter bottles of water. It's also a plus that there's no carpet; I don't like rooms with carpets. I find them unhygienic. I personally found the mattress quite hard, but they definitely didn't skimp on the fabric softener for the towels. The bed linens are okay. The rooms are a bit noisy. CONCLUSION: Well, if I had planned to visit Selçuk and then Ephesus on my own, I would have chosen a hotel in the center. This one, as mentioned, was a pre-planned stop. It's okay for one night. The areas I saw and used were in good condition, the staff was friendly, and the food was decent. If you decide to eat there, I recommend asking for a room at the back, away from the main road and the buses that stop right outside."
Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort - Ultra All Inclusive
"Came to the hotel as a family of 4. Have absolutely no complaints. Food if fantastic always something for everyone. Facilities are outstanding. Kids love the pools. The staff are so attentive. But by far the animation team top it all. Are so interactive and made our holiday"
Nicea Hotel
"Location is superb, it is right next to the Efes Museum. We had a car so it wasn’t a big deal for us to go to the ancient city and the Virgin Mary’s tomb but even if we hadn’t, there are plenty of choices of public transportation. You can even walk to the ruins of the ancient city. The breakfast was nice, the staff was sincere and helpful. The cafe next to the hotel has good tea. And there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The castle is only a few hundreds away from the hotel."
Ayasoluk Hotel & Restaurant
"This is a lovely guesthouse with a distinctly Turkish feel. The breakfast is fantastic, and the restaurant's lunch and dinner options are also amazing! It's a 10-minute drive from Ephesus, and I highly recommend staying overnight in this town."
Queen Bee Hotel
"It's quite new, very close to Ephesus, and the breakfast is OK. However, there is a charge for breakfast and coffee, it is very noisy with motorcycles flying by at night, and dogs bark in the morning. It was a bit of a farm stay, so there was no quilt, so I had to ask for it. Just don't expect too much and it'll be fine"
Urkmez Hotel
"On our third stay in the Urkmez we were, as always, treated very well. Our room was very nice with everything we needed, and very centrally situated near the Byzantine aqueduct. We felt like one of the family. Breakfast was very good. We shall look forward to a return one day."
