Moxy Milan Linate Airport ★★★

"The hotel is really good, clean, and the breakfast is decent. It's quite close to the airport, just a few hundred meters walk. There's also an Asian restaurant outside the hotel that serves Chinese and Japanese food."

Hotel Motel Luna ★★★★

"OK OK OK"

Spark by Hilton Milan Linate Airport ★★★

"Linate is a small airport somewhere in Italy. The hotel is just 5min from the airport by taxi Spartan room BUT with roomy shower and lots of plugs. Breakfast for me was special after a very long time away from Europe. Easy transport to Malpensa.( by taxi 175 Euros). All good. Nice staff."

Grandi 32 Boutique Residence ★★★

"It went well. The room was nice and clean."

Italianway - Nona Strada 7 ★★★

NH Milano 2 ★★★★

"As good as ever, the environment needs no further explanation. Although it is 1.5 kilometers away from the subway station, it is very convenient because of the bus connection. For meals, there are several restaurants downstairs."

Residenza Segrate Centro Novegro ★★

"I booked a non-refundable rate on the wrong date. I noticed it immediately and called the property to cancel. They first told me they'd check the next day because the reservation was a Sunday. They didn't contact me the next day, so I had to call. They offered to change the dates in exchange for a positive review, but they didn't have availability for the date I needed. So they told me they couldn't do anything. I checked the policy on ***********, and it clearly states that, even for non-refundable rates, the property decides whether or not to apply penalties. I pointed this out, and they changed their story, saying that since people often cancel reservations, they decided not to refund them. I explained again that it was obvious it was a mistake, since I called a minute after booking, and therefore it didn't seem right to lose money over a simple mistake that could easily be fixed (if they wanted to). Ms. Donatella, who had previously been persistent with statements like "if it says non-refundable, it means it's non-refundable," then shifted the blame to the property, saying she was embarrassed at having to play the part of someone who was unnecessarily keeping money (even though it was protected by ***********). So she went from "I'll change your dates if you leave me a positive review" to "I can't do anything" to "I don't want to do anything" to "It's not my fault, they don't want to do anything." They left me, saying they'd make one last attempt with the property, but they never heard from me again. My sincere compliments: you put a price on yourself, and that price is €157. You could have canceled a reservation two minutes after it was made and resolved the issue, saving us from literally throwing away our money, but instead you chose to ignore it and pocket the money. Congratulations again..."
