"As the only portable hotel inside Juanda Airport's terminal, I didn't expect anything fancy. I just wanted a good rest. So, I'd say this room is only slightly more comfortable than a lobby chair. It has hot water, a bed, and toiletries – and that's about it. If you're particular about hygiene, I'd recommend bringing disposable bedding or a disposable towel to cover the bed (which I happened to have and used). Since I was exhausted, I still slept very soundly and comfortably. Also, I think it's in Terminal 1. If your departure is from Terminal 2, you'll need to take a taxi, which is about a 15-minute ride. This is something to keep in mind. Facilities: Average Hygiene: Below average (my bedsheet had a shoe print on it) Environment: Good (small room, small corridor, quite private. The decor is similar to materials found on an airplane.) Service: Excellent (The male attendant was very welcoming, but the lady at check-in wasn't very gentle, though she wasn't bad either.) Downstairs, there's a large fountain, plenty of food options, convenience stores, and an ATM. The hotel is just up the escalator. The video was something I casually filmed after checking in and going out to find something to eat."

The sheets in the room were full of all kinds of marks, and most importantly, there were big bugs! ! ! I went to swat bugs and found that the inner core of the pillow was full of yellow spots. It was disgusting and a nightmare. I didn't dare to sleep all night! Stay up until dawn and leave quickly! ! ! ! With such hygienic conditions, I would not dare to eat the breakfast provided.
