They gave me a coupon for a discounted dinner meal at their coffee shop that included a free iced tea. The breakfast was sparce but okay for the price. "The hotel was very clean, no cigarette smell at all. The bed was super soft. They provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower gel, but no shampoo. The only downside was the thin walls and limited food and snacks."

"Trip.com doesn't have Reviw for ”check-in experience”, but if it does, it is zero star.
This hotel needs to train a young receptionist. I already informed the hotel that I would check in late around 11pm and the young boy didn't know how to checkin and made me wait until other staff came.
When a guest is tired, we do not like to wait for a simple checkin process.
I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel nearby the Surabaya airport.
As you can see from the photo, they don't bother to fix the curtain."
