Cordia Hotel Surabaya Airport - Hotel Dalam Bandara - Formerly Ibis Budget Surabaya Airport
8.2 (454 reviews)

Cordia Hotel Surabaya Airport - Hotel Dalam Bandara - Formerly Ibis Budget Surabaya Airport ★★

📍 Juanda International Airport, Terminal 1, Jalan Ir. Haji Juanda Lt 1, Segoro Tambak, Segorotambak, Kec. Sedati, Kabupaten, Segoro Tambak, Sedati

"Super convenient for a quick transit, but definitely showing its age You really can't beat the location—it's literally right inside the airport! If you have a super early flight, arrive late at night, or just need a place to crash before heading out of the city the next day, it’s incredibly convenient. That being said, keep your expectations in check. You can tell this hotel has changed hands a few times over the years because it feels pretty old and dated. The rooms are quite small, the amenities have seen better days, and the biggest issue for me was a weird, unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. Overall: I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay, but if you just need a quick, hassle-free bed and a shower between flights, it definitely does the job."

"As for the location, it's close to tourist markets and places to eat, quite close to the airport. But the minus is that there is no mini soap/toothpaste, no tissues provided, no drinking water either. The reason in the writing on the room is that it says it saves plastic. You can provide refillable liquid soap on the wall, you can also provide drinking water in a gallon dispenser in front of the rooms, then visitors just have to press it themselves. I've reduced plastic because I don't use bottled drinks in the room. It's possible that it's just the hotel that really saves on facilities, even though it comes down to the comfort and rating of the hotel"

"It's a shame, in the hotel description it doesn't say that what was booked was for a 6 hour transit only. And just found out the arrival time. And when I arrived at the location, I asked what the solution was, we were told to contact the application. This is the first time booking a hotel is not worth it both from the application and the hotel"

"The shower, toilet, slippers, and toothbrush, along with breakfast, are all provided – it's perfectly equipped for a stay at the airport. My only minor complaint is that I couldn't figure out how to turn off the ambient light in the room, but that's really the only downside."

"The location is very close to Juanda Airport. Rooms are small but clean. Only towels and soap are provided. There is no elevator so items have to be lifted via stairs. The dining area is spacious, bread and coffee and tea are provided for breakfast."

"The room was quite spacious. However, the shower head was slow to adjust the water temperature. Also, because our room was located near the hallway, we were disturbed at night by the noise of other guests' luggage."

Sunflower Hotel syariah near Juanda airport ★★
"1. They overcharge customers. The price difference on the room exchange platform was 49 yuan, but they wanted an extra 78 yuan on-site. 2. You can't even enter the room one minute early unless you pay extra. 3. The hotel is new, but I personally saw the cleaning staff using bath towels to wipe the toilet and floor. There was a previous guest's excrement stuck to the inside of the toilet bowl. We didn't have a brush, so we had to flush it several times. We tolerated the fact that it wasn't completely clean. The towels were black, and the sheets were yellow. 4. The shower water was cold. We left after one day."
