Please read all the bad reviews here. And I can say 99.9% is true. They gave us a wrong deluxe room. At 10pm, they called us to pay more or change room. It was their fault but we had to pack our luggage and moved to other room. No compensation was given. The room was spacious but cleanliness was out. There was anthill inside toilet. The room is not cold also true. The aircond was functioned well but I think the position was wrong.

The room was big and the service was good. The air conditioner didn't cool down after 6 hours of use. It was super hot. I didn't change the room even though I was asked to.

The hotel is not far from the airport, just a short Grab ride and you'll be there. Smiling staff Ordinary breakfast, Ido style

It’s really out of your mind that you booked this nightmare hotel. You should read everyone’s bad reviews! Four-star exterior decoration, one-star cleanliness and rooms. The sheets in the room were full of all kinds of marks, and most importantly, there were big bugs! ! ! I went to swat bugs and found that the inner core of the pillow was full of yellow spots. It was disgusting and a nightmare. I didn't dare to sleep all night! Stay up until dawn and leave quickly! ! ! ! With such hygienic conditions, I would not dare to eat the breakfast provided. One star is too much! !

The bed was dirty and the mattress collapsed. There were so many cockroaches in the room, no one answered the guest room phone, and the toilet seat was dirty. There were five loudspeaker broadcasts of prayers nearby one day. I respect religious beliefs, but the room smelled of sandalwood and odor that lingered for a long time. I was sprayed with insecticide in the middle of the night if I wasn't allowed to change rooms. I almost choked to death outside the door.

Fantastic hotel, decorated like a four- or five-star hotel, with poor sanitary conditions. There was no hair dryer and there was a power outage in the middle of the night. The air conditioner is really not very easy to use, it takes three or four hours to reach 26 degrees. I came here just because there is an airport shuttle bus. The shuttle bus driver was very reliable and waited for us in advance at 5 am. Thank you.
