"We chose this hotel because the rooms are spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people. Breakfast was included. It's right next to the station with trains to New York, and aside from the extra $5.05 per person per trip, it's pretty much like staying in Manhattan. So, compared to New York's incredible hotel prices, the value for money here is quite good. The only downside is that they only provide two bottles of water per room, even if six people are staying, and they're not replenished daily. You have to request housekeeping to get those two bottles of water. We didn't need housekeeping, just water, which seems a bit unreasonable. Also, be aware that hotel prices and room availability can change frequently, so I recommend booking a flexible rate and keeping an eye on price fluctuations – you might find a better deal."

"The room is not big, but it is enough for a tourist. It is cleaned every day and the transportation is convenient. There are multiple buses going directly to Mahaton Island every day, which takes half an hour. The receptionist was friendly."

"Great hotel, very close to New York bus stops! Bus stop right outside and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the station in Manhattan! Room with a large and functional kitchen. I only changed the service rating to 4 because there was a lady at reception who was very unfriendly and not at all kind."

"We really weren't sure at first, but they had the inside decorated. Adorably and staff was pretty friendly and the rooms were very clean and the showers were very nice. There was also a shuttle that took you to the train station so we didn't have to worry about ubering. And it was only 3 mi from the train station so it was only like a 5-minute drive . Would definitely stay again"

"My sister helped me to check in earlier in the afternoon because we arrived at JFK 10pm on that day and we don't know why our rooms were put as stay over, thus the cleaners don't provide bed tidying nor changing bedsheets until we inquired. Though we stayed 7 nights we were only provided drinking bottle water on the first day and the hotel is charging USD3.75 per small bottle of drinking water. The hotel is strategically located, easy access to restaurants and the bus stops is just beside the hotel. The receptionist Ms Shantel was very nice and service commendable when we reached hotel 230am. We met her again the day we left and the hotel should have more staff as friendly as Ms Shantel."

"Most of their services are good, clean place. Good staff, very accommodating and helpful. But they hardly pick calls for customers to arrange themselves with them before checking in. Few food for breakfast, just omelet, bread and some few. Was expecting more base on the way they describe it on the app. And, we were not given paste. Thank God my aunty found one in her bag. I checked in for two of us, but most stuff in the room was for one person. Like the gym"
