Eddie was amazing. We could not figure out the key code to the penthouse. He came up immediately and showed us around after he helped us inside. We could not find extra towels and he made sure we had those both the first night in the late evening. He also gave us suggestions of places to eat nearby and was so helpful for our trip. We would definitely stay there again
