Great stay, and amazing location. Friendly staff and concierge, welcomed with champagne. Improvements include, adding more than just one hook in the bathroom. There’s space behind the bathroom door and adjacent wall to add a totally of four extra hooks to hang personal items and bath towels.

Loved the hotel, the room, the amenities, the location, and the terrace! A bit pricey, but highly recommended. I’d definitely stay here again when in Seattle!

Positives The room was clean, modern, very spacious. The shampoo, bath gel and cream were excellent quality. Could access YouTube from the tv. Negatives The location felt a little unsafe for a solo traveller. Very quiet with homeless ppl on some nights near the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, the service staff are very nice, and the decoration style is business-oriented. However, the air conditioner in the room is very loud and the sound insulation is poor, which affects the rest. In addition, the water pressure in the shower room is not enough and the facilities need to be improved.

The hotel has a good location, large space and high cost performance. It is very convenient to walk to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. It is close to the subway station. It is highly recommended.
