La Balza di Scilla

"Few words: truly delicious in a still authentic context of the place. A few steps away is the very cute Chianalea and the seafront of Scilla. The structure has rooms and apartments with daily cleaning done by Mrs. Maria (very good and very kind), fruit always available together with the coffee machine with pods, plus a fridge and kitchen to organize a dinner to enjoy on the terrace overlooking the sea on the 2nd floor. TV both in the rooms and in the common area on the 1st floor and obviously wifi. The owner who manages the reservations is assisted by a very good collaborator, Massimo always, always available and for excursions and / or rentals the Balboascilla, in the person of Rocco who manages it, also super organized. In front there are many beaches, personally I have been to Lido Francesco, 2 minutes walk from the structure so very convenient as well as being very valid. Sorry if I have gone on too long but the Balze really deserves it, I highly recommend it, they are really good and attentive to everything. Have a good holiday!"

"We stayed in this beautiful city for two nights. We have also offered a cup of welcome wine, with the warm and the street, walking, that we made from the parking to the B&B. This apartment is in the first floor with view of the bourg, beautiful, The door was a little defect, so to close it, you had to swallow it, and cause the neighbors to be disturbed. The apartment has a balcony with a broken and small dressing sticks to extend the sea suits and fabrics, with two sticks; the bed, nothing exceptional, was more than good for two nights. The bathroom had some defects...The window misses. It would be nice, on the site, to highlight it, even because the winds, you know that they are not enough. But it's okay. What left me bitter in the mouth, the shower!!! Old, with the ceiling door, years 70/80, which even closed well, the douche, full of calcify and needed, for force, to keep it in hand because it wasn't on and so you couldn't wash yourself comfortable. To not talk about the furniture above the washing machine, small and uncomfortable. OK, there is no window but the details make the difference. As you are restructuring houses, you should do it for B&Bs ... the same principle applies. Breakfast is not a buffet, given the little inner space of the Wine Bar, salad only has sauces and cheeses... maybe on request they do more but, it hasn't been told us. The brioches were frozen and offered, of their production and excellent two cakes. Note: We paid the difference at the arrival, with the paper. We have received the post but we are still waiting for the tax receipt, which we had realized came by mail. Nothing to except on the courtesy, gentleness and availability of staff... all nice and sympathetic."
