"This is a traditional German hotel, and it's okay for an overnight stopover if you have an early flight, as there's absolutely nothing around. The bed was so saggy, I felt like I was going to fall out every time I moved. Also, they charged a city tax on arrival, which wasn't mentioned on Trip.com's 'taxes included' statement."

"Great value for a quick airport stay! The MOXY Berlin Airport is literally a 5-minute walk from the terminal – perfect for early flights or late arrivals. The vibe is young, fun, and modern with colorful decor, a cool bar/lounge area that’s open 24/7, and friendly staff who actually seem to enjoy their job. Rooms are compact (typical MOXY style) but super smart – comfy bed, powerful shower, fast Wi-Fi, big TV with casting options, and USB ports everywhere. Everything felt clean and new. Breakfast is decent for the price (continental style with good coffee), and they have grab-and-go options if you’re in a rush. Only small downside: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear neighbors if it’s a loud night, but earplugs are provided (nice touch!). For the price (often under €90 even in high season), it’s honestly one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Highly recommended if you want style, convenience, and don’t need a huge room. Will definitely come back"

"I can't comment on the personal service, as there was no need for it. However, email inquiries were answered promptly beforehand. What's missing are two pillows for those who prefer to sleep a little higher or for more comfort while watching TV. These were missed. Otherwise, a lovely hotel with excellent facilities, especially the kitchen. Very good value for money."
