It's an overrated place with highly unprofessional staff. Very very basic rooms with a tiny bathroom. Water overflows from the bathroom to the main room once we take the bath. The staff speaks only the native language. They don't understand English. So it's too hard to communicate with them. They won't even give a small drinking water. If we ask for water, they will simply say to drink from tap water. We had a terrible experience there and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Personeel does not speak English. We came and told to go away because there is no reservation. Then she corrected the mistake and give us a key and a room. We opened the door and there was someone inside. The room was not free. We got another room but it smells bad. The back of the bed is bad. Decoration has some sharp edges that hurt our baby at the night. Very bad experience and totally not recommended

The accommodation fee was charged twice. We had already explained that we had paid through TRIP in October and showed the French version of the order payment proof, but they still insisted that we pay on the spot or we could not check in. The counter discovered the mistake of double payment that night (it should be a payment received from TRIP). The staff did not know how to refund the money that day. I reported it to the hotel backend but it still could not be resolved. I then reported it to TRIP customer service. After a few days, TRIP customer service only provided the other party's email and asked me to contact and track it myself. It has been more than 3 weeks from 12/23 to 1/15 and I still haven’t received a refund. I wrote to the hotel and they responded initially but never responded in the end. Both customer service are unhelpful. TRIP still shows the case closed??? The credit card company has been informed that the amount is being handled as a disputed amount. Very bad experience!!

As you enter the car park you can pretty much see what your in for. Dirty rubbish everywhere. On entry to the foyer clearly work is underway however the presentation hasn’t been taken seriously for arriving guests. The rooms are dirty cobwebs on walls and ceilings. Bathrooms are of the cheap nautical style shower to small for an average sized person with a very cheap shower curtain which does not do its job with water falling onto the main floor. For the size of bed provided you have no room to unpack. If your resting your head for one night as a last resort maybe for more than two nights it’s a definite No! Breakfast … do not pay the money there’s a cafe across the road

The hotel was clean, staff was helpfull even if all didn't spoke English perfectt, they were helful and kind. Parking space were under the CCTV control. Room was clean. Breakfast was just perfeft. Very close to Tram ( 200 m).

The worst hotel in Strasbourg. Me and my family stayed at the B&B Hotel for 4 nights, the nightmare started right after check in when we found out that the elevator doesn't work and our room was in a 4th floor, which is not easy on my 62 years old mom. Once we get to the room it smells a lot like cigarettes, and it smelled the same through out the entire stay (the A/C unit didn't cool down much and as the handy guy that I like to be I peaked in and noticed so much dust, clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages). The front desk guy who attended my family and I at check in convinced us to buy in advance the breakfast, which is €8.50 per person per day, it seemed like a good deal since the lier front desk described an amazing breakfast which had about half of the things he said. So on the second day I decided to go and cancel the remaining 2 breakfast, there was another front desk guy and said that in the system only appears 3 so he can only reimburse for 1 more, I told him I don't care what the system says, I paid for 4, I have a receipt for 4, and it's been two days, after arguing for 25 minutes we diceded that they needed the money more than we do so we just let them take advantage of us.

Well-located hotel for visiting Strasbourg. Decent breakfast. Room with comfortable bedding. However, the bathroom is poorly maintained, with black shower grout and a leaking toilet. The floors in the common areas are dirty and the carpet is stained. No staff is available if needed.

The size of the room is adequate, the comfort of the bedding is nothing to say. On the other hand, the bathroom, not the best and even surprising for a b&b.... Small, old shower curtain, no pressure at the flush and you have to wait 10 minutes in the evening in the shower to have hot water... The best comes back to a water leak in the ceiling visibly already reported because a tile was missing on the ceiling and the water has been dripping onto the bathroom floor for so long that it has made the linoleum lose its color.... Nothing has been done to prevent water on the very slippery floor in a bathroom.... Noise level we had the impression of sleeping with the window open because we could hear the road so much.... This is the first time that I have not appreciated a b&b and I do not recommend it!

Very nice home. The manager is very friendly and takes great care of his customers. He even recommended a very good restaurant "Le Boucanier" a 5-minute walk away where the welcome is the quality of the service and the dishes are perfect. I recommend these 2 establishments. Booked and paid for online for a weekend, on the day of our arrival, we were called in the evening to inform us that our room number on the 1st floor + code had changed. We were given 1 room on the 4th floor and told that the elevator was broken!!!! In addition, we are given 1 provisional code and the next evening we will have to go back to reception to ask for 1 new one! I'm not talking about the dilapidation of the room and bathroom. Although I had made a reservation via booking and therefore paid in advance for the night, we arrived at the hotel at 11 p.m. (my wife was working that day and having driven 5 hours to come, we couldn't arrive earlier... ). When we arrived, the receptionist handed us a sheet with our room number before taking it back and telling us "oh sorry, this room was assigned to someone else but I'll give you another one" He crossed out the room number and enter another one, we go to this room... It is also occupied!!! The hotel is extremely full! We are not even offered a solution to reaccommodate us (legal obligation in the event of overbooking). We were still reimbursed for the night (what luck!) but tired from our journey, we had to manage at almost midnight to find a hotel. All the hotels in Strasbourg that we call or those we go to directly are full. We finally found a hotel at 2 a.m. in Germany... Absolutely to be avoided, in addition to a very noisy hotel, other customers also came to complain about it at reception while we managed our dispute.
