"Nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is great, right on the beach/boulevard of Scheveningen. There are also plenty of facilities (pool/sauna) to keep you entertained at the hotel. The room was in good order, though it could have been cleaned a bit better. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning didn't work very well; the room was a bit warm. There was enough space in the family room for 4 people. All in all, a pleasant stay and a good (expensive) breakfast."

"We had a deluxe room which features a very large terrace over the sea. Literally over the North Sea. The views were amazing-especially at sunset. The room was nicely decorated and the shower was excellent. The bed was two single beds put together which was not comfortable however. Also, the toilet room and the show room did not have exhaust fans which were badly needed. The breakfast was excellent, also with great views over the sea."

The breakfast was also good they have pancakes but the dinner is a little bit expensive but it was yummy. The TV is powered by Ziggo and it's very good quality our remote control didn't really work but it's okay Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area P.S The outview of the hotel is so nice"

It's also great to have some kitchen equipment at hand to be able to make some tee or coffee in the morning and to keep food in the fridge."

"Horrible. Reservation wasn't confirmed, had to pay in bank transfer. Apparently still 2 payments made, no confirmation for both reservations. After bad communication (and a bad gut feeling) canceled both reservations (was possible up until 72 hours upon arrival) and had to chase my refunds. One refund came minus €1,20 admin fee! (laughed so hard) This was not in their policy, but they feel free to do so anyway. Now I have to try and get my payment that I made with my creditcard.. and it's been a month already. Will never set foot in this place!"
