Scenic Hotels in Tiberias

"Please be careful when booking hotels in Israel: We booked 2 deluxe double rooms, but only one person’s name was written in each room. I didn’t expect the hotel front desk to say that if there are 2 people staying, you have to pay an extra room rate. Even couples have to do this. We explain that when booking on the Ctrip platform in China, if you write one person’s name in a double room, you can accommodate 2 people, and other countries can also accommodate it. In addition, there is no note on the platform that the double room must write 2 people’s names. The hotel did not accept the explanation at all, saying that this is an Israeli regulation and must be followed. We called Ctrip, and the customer service attitude is very good. We have been trying to communicate with the hotel and help us think of various solutions, but the hotel has a tough attitude. If you want to stay in the room for one more person, you have to pay an additional fee of 1100 yuan. Considering that we checked in late, every day We could offer a discount of 300 yuan for each room, but we refused. When the stalemate persisted, Ctrip suggested that we make up the difference of 1,600 yuan to live in. Afterwards, they negotiated with the third party in charge of hotel reservations abroad, and then helped us apply for a refund of part of the fee. When I returned to Shanghai, I received a message from Ctrip. A total of 900 yuan was refunded, which is equivalent to 350 yuan for each room. Ctrip is still awesome, praise! The room facilities are relatively old, and it is good to have a balcony with a view of the sea, but for those of us who live in late and leave early in the morning, it does not make much sense to upgrade to a sea view room."

"The staff was extremely helpful, even the girl behind the counter helped with our luggage. The breakfast bar was beautiful and better than we have seen in any hotel. The room had a nice view of the Sea of Galilee. We wanted to get a quick snack at night and the staff pointed out the places in the area where we could go, then offered to call ahead to see if they could get us a discount for staying at the hotel. We could not have expected better service, in fact they exceeded our expectations in every area."

"This hostel is in a nice area but the location is super hard to find , when you get to a place we’re u see a statue it’s inside that area we’re construction is being done. They really need to put a sign , to help the situation. No elevator so if u have kids and strollers get ready to bring up and down 2 flights of stairs. Now it’s super clean , good BF simple but nice. But the location I good ***y places to eat my fave shawarma was in this area , a nice gentle*** in a shop in the corner. He’s kinda chubby , but he makes amazing SM and his own sauce. "
