"The accommodation was excellent, very clean and spacious. The room also came with coffee, black tea, green tea, and more. The shower pressure was great, which was a real comfort after a day of exploring in a high-altitude region โ€“ a hot shower felt amazing. Most importantly, the breakfast was fantastic! They had a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, plus plenty of desserts. The biggest surprise was the freshly ground coffee. I had two cups and felt completely refreshed and ready for my next destination."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was comfortable, and there was an oxygen concentrator. After visiting the Salt Lake, my pants were covered in salt, and the hotel staff kindly took them to be washed and delivered them back to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. I slept soundly until morning. When I woke up, I saw a thick blanket of snow outside and even got to play in the courtyard for a while. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to any friends traveling here โ€“ it's well worth a stay!"

"Came to visit Chaka Salt Lake, and even though there's a risk of altitude sickness here, they provided an oxygen concentrator which made a huge difference โ€“ I felt so much more comfortable! They were very accommodating with everything we needed, and the service was excellent ๐Ÿ‘. The overall facilities are quite good, and the hygiene is top-notch; it's definitely one of the best places around. My child also experienced some altitude sickness, and they kindly arranged a late check-out for us."

I highly recommend staying here! They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. Definitely a five-star review!"

"This was my first time visiting Chaka Salt Lake, and I chose this hotel โ€“ it was a great experience. I spent a long time deliberating on Trip.com before finally booking this place, and I definitely made the right choice. From my room window, I could see the distant Kunlun Mountains and even a glimpse of the salt lake, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. The Chaka Salt Lake area can get quite windy and dusty at times, so I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a speck of dust in the hotel! By the way, I'm a light sleeper and wake up at the slightest noise. However, it was incredibly quiet at night here, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel service was also excellent. I was suffering from altitude sickness that day, and they immediately provided me with an oxygen concentrator. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall, my accommodation experience during this trip was fantastic. I came with friends, and we took some great photos outside the hotel โ€“ they turned out wonderfully! In summary, it was a solid choice, no regrets, and I'd definitely stay here again next time."

It gets quite cold here in the mornings and evenings due to the large temperature difference between day and night, so I had to layer up. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were thoughtful enough to tell me about nearby attractions and local snacks. The room had great natural light, the mattress was just right (not too soft, not too hard), and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a completely undisturbed night's rest.
