The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the rooms are upscale, spacious, and feature a dry/wet separation in the bathroom. The breakfast is also very rich, and it's not far from Chaka Salt Lake. There's even a night market right downstairs from the hotel. This high-value, high-end hotel is definitely worth recommending.

Alice at the front desk, knowing I had an early train the next day, proactively arranged a late check-out for me and even hand-wrote a guide to local eateries. The fresh flowers in the lobby are changed daily, adding a vibrant touch. This kind of subtle yet attentive service far surpasses many five-star hotels. It's truly in the details that quality shines through, and this place made me feel genuinely at home. I was deeply touched.

Choosing this hotel for our drive to Chaka was such a smart decision! It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with anti-slip mats, showing excellent attention to detail! The breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chaka!

This hotel has the best service during this trip. Because I like the scenery facing the snow-capped mountains, the hotel also upgraded it to a family suite. When I opened the curtains, I could see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Whether it is room facilities or cleanliness, it is the most cost-effective! She also brought us fruit, and adorably encouraged me to take more photos of the room, which truly was great! The facilities are excellent! Most importantly, they provide disposable amenities. We arrived at Chaka Salt Lake on the first day of our trip to Qinghai. I looked at many hotels online and saw that their reviews were very high, so I placed an order directly. The children were very happy eating it. This hotel is worth recommending and I give it a five-star rating!

I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay. The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised.

The shower was broken, the sink was leaking and there was water on the floor all the time. However, both could be used. Downstairs there’s a restaurant and it was very noisy, but got quieter after at 10 pm. WiFi connection was good. A great advantage of this hotel is the location right next to the lake which is very convenient. Therefore, it’s a good option for a one night stay.
