"I've been to Suining many times for business, and I always choose this Chenxiangtang Hotel again. The staff here are excellent in both service and cleanliness. Once you're familiar with a place, you really don't want to change it. The receptionist, Ms. Xiao Ai, was very helpful, warm, and attentive. Any problems were communicated promptly and resolved quickly. I was very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet area, and complimentary drinks were provided. The hotel facilities were also very complete. There's a large wetland park behind the hotel, a tranquil environment, and a playground nearby. A sports stadium is right in front of the hotel, and there's free parking and security patrols, which made me feel very safe! I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come again!"

"Drive all the way to Yunnan, spend the night in Suining, and stay at this hotel. Environment: Located on the east bank of the Lijiang River, facing Shenglian Island. Quiet in the middle of noisy, it is very comfortable to walk on the riverside at night. 15 minutes walk from the city center, eating is very convenient. The hotel's rooms on the riverside have a great view. Facilities: Good sound insulation and complete room facilities. The mattress is supported and the pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is large, the bathtub + shower room, double sink. The wifi speed is good. The corridor light at the entrance is broken and not bright. The hotel gym and heated swimming pool are only open to guests, very quiet, this point is like! Hygienic: The rooms are very clean, the public area and the gym are not bad. Hotel Service: The front desk lady was friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff was diligent and responsible. Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly helpful and proactively greeted guests. (Their smiles were genuine and contagious.) 4. Hotel Cleanliness: The room was odorless, spacious, and bright, with the mirror, table, and floor spotlessly clean. The quilt and bed were incredibly soft! Sleeping on them was completely comfortable. 5. Mineral water and drinks in the lobby were complimentary. 6. The breakfast on the 6th floor was plentiful, with a wide selection of breakfast items, snacks, dishes, and drinks, all served while enjoying the panoramic river views. Four words: impeccable. Disadvantages: The faucet for washing hands is too high, and the aerator is not easy to use. When washing your face, water is everywhere, and the water flooding needs to be improved. During the May Day holiday, there was a wedding on the lawn downstairs every day, and it was really noisy to dismantle things all night. The bath water was never hot, the hair dryer was too poor, and the power was too low and it would be turned off after a while. The dark-colored new Chinese style decoration is matched with artistic green plants. Every corner is suitable for taking photos and checking in, and you can easily complete the nine-square grid in your circle of friends! The details in the guest rooms are surprising: the amenity box is neatly packed with toothbrush sets, razors and even makeup remover cotton pads (so thoughtful!), the bathrobes are as soft as clouds, and there is a rich variety of welcome refreshments. What touched me the most was that the shower room was equipped with disposable shampoo and conditioner (provided free of charge), and the brand’s citrus scent made my hair so fluffy after washing that I could be used for a shampoo commercial! The hotel is located in a prime location with its own dedicated parking lot. It’s a 5-minute walk to Wanda Plaza (takeaway milk tea is delivered in ten minutes!), and there is also campus takeaway delivery (free delivery fee). Through the side door is the Sichuan Vocational and Technical College tree-lined avenue, where you can also go to the playground for a night run. The amazing thing is that although it is located in a business district, there is no noise at all. When the double-glazed windows in the guest rooms are closed, the only sound you can hear is the soft white noise of the central air-conditioning. Especially suitable for: business travelers (the desk with ergonomic chair is super friendly), students' parents (convenient for visiting), young couples (the starry sky ceiling in the lobby bar is super romantic).
