Staff were polite and helpful when needed, even if communication in English wasn’t always smooth. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but it did the job. "There was a slightly plump lady at the front desk. We met her when we went to check out the room the night before, but unfortunately we didn't get to see her because it was full. The next morning, we put our luggage down and she greeted us warmly. She was the one who checked us in at night. She was really a hard-core Barbie. It felt like she had been working for 24 hours. She even asked us if we wanted it. Thanks to the big bathtub, we were so comfortable soaking our feet.
