They offer a pick-up service from the high-speed train station, and there's breakfast, afternoon tea, and a late-night snack (though I only got to enjoy breakfast due to time constraints, I was still happy just knowing they offered them! 😄). The breakfast selection was good too, and there's coffee in the lobby. The room even had facial masks and a mini-fridge stocked with drinks! Next time I have more free time, I'll definitely stay for a few more days."

"The surroundings are excellent, but the service, oh, the service, just doesn't measure up at all. The front desk staff's attitude was just so-so, practically nonexistent. It felt a bit cold and indifferent, almost like they were annoyed. As for the bellhop, there was no service whatsoever. He just pushed the cart, and after opening the car's trunk, he walked away without helping with the luggage. This is not the service you'd expect from a five-star hotel, and it's a stark contrast to the other Sheraton I stayed at the following night."

"This international brand, established over a decade ago, is showing its age with outdated facilities that no longer match its brand image. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very sharp and proactively upgraded our reserved room. The reason given was that it was rainy during our stay and our original room would have been quite damp. I'm glad for the upgrade; seeing the upgraded room's condition, I can only imagine how uncomfortable our original booking would have been. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and those operating the small train were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate; to find local cuisine, you'd have to drive at least 20 kilometers to the city. The hotel's evening beach entertainment program was also quite limited. If you're not driving and relying solely on the hotel's shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, you'd really need to think twice, unless you plan on vacationing at the hotel for a week and have ample time to work around their shuttle schedule."

"Our overall stay was excellent! The hotel's decor is very pleasing and relaxing. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and provided thoughtful service. The room was quite spacious, not at all cramped, and was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a floor-to-ceiling window in the room, offering fantastic views of the outside scenery. The location is a major plus too, being very close to Wanda Plaza and Maoming South Station, which makes shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. Driving to the beach takes about half an hour, though it's quite hot now, so a trip to the beach might be a bit sunny. I especially want to praise the breakfast – the food was truly delicious. Not only were there many local specialty snacks, but also a rich variety of hot dishes, and you could even enjoy freshly ground coffee. The selection was vast and tasty. All in all, I was very satisfied with the dining, accommodation, and transportation, and found it to be great value for money. I genuinely recommend staying here."
