"The hotel offers a complimentary pickup service from the Lushan mountain bus station and the mountain cable car entrance. I was really touched that they came to pick me up even though I was the only guest. After I got off the cable car, I called them, and they arrived in just a few minutes, like my own private car, haha. Once we arrived, the staff carried my luggage all the way to the hotel. After I checked in, they even brought it to my room – so thoughtful! The front desk also helped me plan my itinerary and told me about the sightseeing bus schedule. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the main street, with beautiful views. The dehumidifier worked wonders! My clothes dried completely overnight after I washed them. The only minor downside is the lack of large bath towels (I heard this is common in Jiangxi). They provide thin, disposable towels, which aren't quite enough if you have long hair..."

"The ladies at the hotel's front desk were exceptionally kind to guests, accommodating all the needs of both children and seniors. This hotel is likely the best-equipped five-star standard hotel on Mount Lu. It boasts its own private valley, offering stunning views of clouds drifting by right from the hotel. There's a swimming pool, gym, and entertainment room, all free and offering diverse activities. The Singing Bowl class with Teacher Jiang, in particular, was a wonderful experience for mindful relaxation amidst the clouds."

"The most delightful surprise of my Lushan trip was undoubtedly this high-end guesthouse nestled amidst the mountains. Its overall design is minimalist yet sophisticated, with natural wood furnishings and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. Opening the window reveals layers of green mountains and swirling mist. Waking up to the chirping of birds and a gentle fog in the morning, then enjoying a cup of Yunwu tea on the balcony while watching the clouds drift by – it’s a completely immersive, secluded, slow-paced lifestyle. The cleanliness was impeccable; the entire place was spotless. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, custom scented toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, and a smart toilet – amenities comparable to a five-star hotel. The dedicated butler provided attentive service throughout my stay. They contacted me in advance with directions up the mountain and a guide to the scenic area, offered free shuttle service to the sightseeing bus station, and thoughtfully prepared hiking poles and local specialty breakfast. The public areas, including the tea room and observation courtyard, had a wonderful ambiance, perfect for photos, and offered excellent privacy. There was no excessive commercialization, just the quiet, healing poetry of mountain living. It’s perfect for couples and families alike. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lushan. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is right next to the cable car station. Before going up, we were told to call them after getting off the cable car, and someone would come pick us up. However, once we got off and called, they told us the hotel was right there and we could just walk up ourselves. If they weren't going to pick us up, they should have just said so directly, instead of making us call again. The front desk staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic. As soon as we arrived, they explained how to get around and even upgraded our room. There were fruits and small tea cakes in the room. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but the disposable bath towels and towels provided by the hotel were really good. The air conditioning in the room was noisy, and it got very stuffy when turned off."

"I rushed to Jiujiang Donglin Buddha to make a wish and I was very fortunate to stay at this homestay. The homestay is located around the Big Buddha, with convenient transportation and easy worship on the mountain. Away from the noise and noise of the city, the small courtyard is quiet and elegant, surrounded by green mountains and greenery. The rooms are clean and refreshing, with complete facilities and full living comfort. The landlord is simple and friendly, and intimately informs the play route and surrounding food. After the ceremony, he returned to the homestay and enjoyed the slow time in the mountains and mountains, and faded away his fatigue. It is not only convenient to travel here, but also rare to harvest a peace of mind. The trip to worship Buddha is perfect. I sincerely recommend it to all friends who come to pray."

"This hotel is on the uphill, inside the Lushan attraction. If you come to Lushan/Jiujiang by train, you need to go to their Sightseeing bus centre, and take their sightseeing bus to go up to another bus centre, and just give a call to the hotel, they would pick you up by a comfortable car. We had an unpleasant encounter with the didi driver driving us to the uphill, the driver was rude, even said to me “I got no time, just buy the ticket faster” (you need to purchase a ticket for the didi car and for yourself to drive up, an hour drive btw). So glad that the hotel staffs were all so nice and understanding. They welcomed us warmly, even listened to me complaining about the driver’s behaviour and rude remarks. They presented us with a welcoming fruit platter too! The hotel is clean, and very bear to Ruqin Lake. For my room, we got to wear 2 sets of hanfu for free (just put a deposit first, they’ll return the depo after you return the clothes). The staffs helped us bring our luggages into the room, even offered extra towel and room slippers since we came in 3. You got to experience brewing chinese tea by yourself too, since they prepared chinese tea leaves and chinese tea pot set in the room. Since we arrived there around 3, and had to take shower and clean up first, so we would only be able to start exploring Lushan at 4. The hotel staffs at the reception were so kind to prepare us with a map and gave us recommendations on places we can go, in the best order, since they know we would be walking until late at night. The picture of the lake is Ruqin Lake, it’s just in front of the hotel. As for the next morning, we had to wake up early to get a morning train from jiujiang to jingdezhen, so I asked for the receptionist’s help to make a wake-up call, in which they actually called our room at 4am! Thank you so much. Overall, the stay here was amazing! We will find for JI Hotel the next time we travel to China."
