"Great stay. Very good location with a mall right behind the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only area of improvement would be the doorman services on the first day we arrived. This is the first time at a luxury hotel which I’ve stayed in that when we arrived the doorman made no effort to open the taxi door or help us with our luggage. However it was probably a once off incident as for the rest of our stay there the staff have all been amazing and helpful."

"Stayed one more night and ate the black truffle chicken chop noodles at Su Noodle House. Tea was served as soon as we sat down. We ordered the red soup noodles with Pu'er soft-boiled eggs. The chicken chop tasted quite good when cut. Su Noodle House is on the first floor of Huayu. It is very quiet inside. There is also Suzhou Pingtan in the store. The environment is also good. I recommend everyone to eat there (see the 6th to 8th pictures for details).
Whether it is a holiday or Huayu, for the safety of the guests, takeout is not allowed to be delivered upstairs. They are all placed in the takeout cabinet downstairs of Huayu. It is also very convenient to take it. This is not a big problem.
Because the twin room I stayed in only had a stool and no sofa, I asked the room service to send a stool (the last picture), and we drank water very quickly, so we asked the room service to send water several times. They were very friendly and the auntie would deliver it immediately. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance, and I will also try to stay in Huayu."

The hotel is a standard star business hotel with a distinguished and calm lobby. This is my second time staying here.
The lady at the reception desk was still smiling. When she handed me the door key, she introduced me to the location of the restaurant for breakfast. They specially set up the ”** Room” to satisfy the current residents' hobby of poker and gambling in their spare time. This is more in line with the times. Advance together.
The hotel's service is timely, accurate, and thinks of what you need. This is why I highly recommend it.
I left my PAD in the restaurant while eating. After contacting me, I was told that it could be sent back to my room.
When I returned to the room at night, I not only received the lost and found notebook. I was also given a little surprise: the room attendant polished my muddy leather shoes until they were shiny.
Breakfast is also relatively rich, and the fresh meat is more delicious."

"The hotel is right in the Yangcheng Lake Wetland Park. There is a large area owned by them. You can ride a bicycle, take a walk, and set up a tent by the lake. I also saw someone tying a hammock. It was so comfortable to be under the shade of the trees by the lake, feeling the spring breeze and looking at the lake view. There is also a recreation center where you can go boating and go karts. It is really rich. I feel that one day is not enough. If you want to walk around some of the scenic spots in the surrounding Yangcheng Lake, two days will be enough. As an old five-star hotel, although the decoration is not trendy, it is definitely old money style, with luxurious crystal chandeliers, landscape elevators, and complete facilities. There are plenty of charging piles in the parking lot, and my baby said that this TV can be turned on and watched. The praise is 100 points. 😂, there are many parent-child activities on May 1st, you can make lipstick and lacquer fans, and you can experience it with your children according to your hobbies. The environment is great. I paid the upgrade fee at the front desk and got a lake view room. It is great value for money. The scenery is nothing to say. The room bedding is clean. The lounge manager Sammi is considerate and reminds us to watch the sunset at a certain time. It is really great. I will come again next time"

"You won't go wrong choosing the Jinling brand in Jiangsu. The facilities and services are of five-star standard. Ms. Chen from the housekeeping department thoughtfully sent homemade yogurt. A male staff member from the catering department was also easy to communicate with. The hotel was also very tolerant of children's meals. It is worth staying. The Japanese food and teppanyaki grill for dinner are recommended, but the vegetables in the small hot pot and the stir-fried dishes for Chinese food need to be improved in quality."

"Facilities: The hotel is not a new project, but the overall facilities are better than expected. The small road from the parking lot to the hotel may be a little unstable because it is made of wood. It is recommended to maintain it later.
Service: Travel-check-in-check-out, the housekeeper mode follows up the whole process, basically responds to every request in the group and replies very promptly.
The overall environment is very good. The rooms facing the water can directly see the village from the balcony. You can also go to the Ideal Village and other interesting cultural and creative studios and coffee shops nearby. Anyway, you won’t be bored. Except that there will be a little more mosquitoes in this season, everything else is ok. If you want to experience this type of hotel, it is recommended to stay here."
