"The location is superb! It's incredibly close to Jiaxing Station and right next to South Lake, making the South Lake Scenic Area easily accessible on foot. The hotel's design beautifully incorporates the lake into its landscape, and with a nearby pagoda in view, every turn within the property offers a new, picturesque scene. Dining options are excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including many distinctive local snacks. The Chinese restaurant's dishes are also delicious, and the portions are very generous. The rooms are very spacious, bright, and clean. Our upgraded suite even featured a lovely small balcony. There are also numerous comfortable lounging areas along the paths leading to the rooms. The service is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous. All staff members are incredibly warm, friendly, and proactive in offering assistance. The hotel's internal shuttle service is very prompt, and they consistently go above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Overall, my stay experience was absolutely fantastic, and a significant portion of this wonderful experience can be attributed to the truly outstanding and attentive service."

"The front desk service is very good, the items are also very complete, you can ask for anything you lack, the front desk lady will take the initiative to help send it up, thank you very much. The room is a bit small in the bed, but it is barely enough to stay for one night, and the office area is also very convenient. But I have to complain, the towels are too old and dirty, although it is not useful to go out, but such old towels are estimated to be seen in a small county in Tibet. Last week, I went to Henan to play in a small hotel. It was much cleaner than this towel."

"A friend recommended this hotel for a one-night stay, and it was perfect for taking the kids out. First, the hotel is right inside Nanhu Tiandi; just park your car and take the elevator. It's very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing, especially now that the weather is hot, enjoying the night view in the evening is a great experience. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel provides complimentary qipao and hanfu clothing, as well as its own garden, just out the back door—it's photogenic. Taking photos yourself at the hotel is definitely enough. Since we were traveling with our mothers, we wanted to give them a unique experience, so we booked a photographer and makeup artist on the hotel's recommendation. They were both fantastic! The communication was smooth, the staff were friendly, and most importantly, the photography and makeup skills were top-notch. The mothers were all very satisfied. Since we made a last-minute decision, we didn't bring any clothes, as there aren't many styles or sizes here. If you need any, you can bring your own clothes, and that would be perfect."

"We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon."

"The rooms at Xiuya Hall are spacious, the facilities and supplies are new, and the staff are attentive to every request. For breakfast, the receptionist at Xiuya Hall directed us to the Meishang buffet restaurant in the lobby. Meijing Restaurant is more comfortable, has a more pleasant atmosphere, and its dishes are freshly prepared, making it more reliable than those in the scenic area. The scenic area is relatively uncrowded, making the environment comfortable and relaxing. The staff on the electric carts and rowing boats are enthusiastic and professional, clearly showing their commitment to the well-being of the scenic area and its reputation."

"Just two weeks after staying in the kitchen-themed family room, we returned during the summer holiday to try out the train-themed family room. I had assumed the toy trains would be wooden and plastic and wouldn't make any sounds, which turned out to be true. However, the train engine itself *did* make sounds and had various buttons. Beyond the toys, we noticed a few differences compared to the kitchen-themed room: 1. While the sofa bed remained, the corner sofa — great for a quick lie-down or rest — was gone. We were told it was removed because extending the sofa bed would make the room feel cramped. Personally, we think it would have been better to keep it. 2. The children's amenity kit was no longer available. Instead, individual bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and lotion were provided. When we inquired, we were told by a staff member that they were out of stock. 3. The retractable clothesline that used to be above the bathtub was also missing this time. 4. A JBL Bluetooth speaker had been added to the room. We couldn't pick up any FM radio stations, but we connected it to our phones via Bluetooth, and the sound quality was quite good. During check-in on Saturday, it was the same as before: only two front desk staff members were on duty. One was on a break, leaving only one person to assist guests. The other gentleman, who appeared to be a lobby manager, seemed to be primarily handling phone calls. It felt like if more guests arrived, there would quickly be a long queue. Our package included a dinner buffet, which required advance booking. The front desk staff assured us they would coordinate our reservations with the restaurant. However, we had three rooms, and only two dining reservations were actually made; one room was completely missed. This indicates a problem with their internal communication or handover process."

"The Diamond New Century Grand Hotel in Jiaxing is a truly perfect hotel! The environment and location are first-rate, making it convenient to everything. It's across from the Catholic Church and the ruins of the inner city. Yuehe Old Street is a 1-kilometer walk, and the Nanhu Scenic Area is 2 kilometers away. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially want to praise the breakfast, which is served in the revolving restaurant on the 25th floor, offering sweeping views of the surrounding area. It was my first time seeing a revolving restaurant! It actually moves! The breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious! It's the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, and the value for money is incredible! The welcome fruit was also very welcome! I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel service is very good, the room is large, especially the breakfast environment is good, the food is very comfortable, the front desk also introduced two local specialty restaurants, which are right next to the hotel, and I am very satisfied with the experience"

"I don't know what the hotel was thinking. It was 25 degrees Celsius outside during the sweltering rainy season, and the air conditioning was off from midnight to 7 a.m., leaving the indoor temperature at least 27 to 28 degrees Celsius. I woke up at 5 a.m., sweating profusely! I went to the front desk and asked the person on duty. He was an older man, a security guard, who was sleeping. He said the air conditioning couldn't be turned on and I had to wait until 7 a.m., but there was no way it could be turned on. He then went back to sleep. I felt embarrassed to disturb him, so I had to go back to my room, feeling helpless! It was too hot to sleep at all! This is how it is for a hotel with a 5-diamond, 4.8-point rating on Ctrip. I rarely give negative reviews, but this time it was unbearable. To save on electricity bills, you should also consider the weather conditions! I won't go into much else."
