Jiaxing Hotels with Wifi

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the second time that I’ve stayed here and if I come to Jiaxing again, I would stay here again. Breakfast is very good, room is spacious and clean. Perfect place to choose if you come for a business trip.

I was told by several locals this is the best hotel to stay at in Jiaxing and it did not disappoint. The location is prime, right next to the major attractions, with several shops nearby. I even got a haircut nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I barely speak any Chinese. The room was very clean, spacious, and all amenities were included. The breakfast was a buffet both western and Chinese style so I was able to have my usual eggs, bacon and toast. If I’m in Jiaxing again, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk service is very good, the items are also very complete, you can ask for anything you lack, the front desk lady will take the initiative to help send it up, thank you very much. The room is a bit small in the bed, but it is barely enough to stay for one night, and the office area is also very convenient. But I have to complain, the towels are too old and dirty, although it is not useful to go out, but such old towels are estimated to be seen in a small county in Tibet. Last week, I went to Henan to play in a small hotel. It was much cleaner than this towel.

When traveling with the elderly, the door service staff took the initiative to carry the suitcase and guide, and the front desk was very considerate to check in in advance, and it was a five-star praise. It was arranged in a parent-child room. The color combination was really ugly, a disaster scene. Of course, the bed was wider and more comfortable to sleep, but I still have to complain about the color of the children's matching. Why can only families with children be in the parent-child room? Can't adults bring the elderly to play with a simple and elegant atmosphere and facilities? By the way, the parent-child rooms are arranged in the corner of the first floor. The facilities seem to be used very frequently, so the room itself is not very satisfactory. The breakfast is relatively rich. There will be employees guiding seats when entering the lobby, but they led me to the dark entrance booth. It is not very thoughtful. The service form is greater than the content. It is recommended to look around and decide where to sit. It is hard to say whether the food is delicious. There are many semi-finished products. The salad is matched with bowls. You can feel the mood of the hotel to reduce costs and increase efficiency. At the end of the meal, I found that the small rice dumplings are quite delicious. The super thunder point is that the yogurt is actually in a small Mengniu cup, which is very cheap! The decoration and facilities are good, and the overall environment is worth the price. There is a side door that leads directly to the Nanhu Scenic Area, and you can enter and exit by swiping a card. However, I walked along the lake to the left for a long time and found that I couldn't get back to the hotel. It felt a bit inconvenient that only one direct access door was opened. Afterwards, the hotel returned to tell me that there were two doors, and I didn't know where the other one was, and no one told me. On the last day, I asked to delay check-out, and it was processed until 1:30. Nanhu is still quite large. If you want to go to Huijingyuan Pier, it is recommended to take a taxi. If you want to go to Wuxiang Temple and Haogu Tower, you can swipe the access control and go through the hotel's small door. The swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep, which is safe enough for beginners, but it is a little small. It's not bad to swim casually. However, when I asked the guide where the swimming pool and gym were, the guide asked me very curiously if I had a daily fitness habit? I felt that the question was redundant. It might be a new kid. I hope she won't chat like this next time.

There are many parking spaces, which are convenient for parking. The room is spacious and clean. The room is well soundproofed. The aunt at the door speaks well, the front desk service is of good quality, the facilities are complete, and the service is thoughtful. I will come again next time.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

I often bring friends out to play, and I am very satisfied with the hotel experience this time~ 1. First of all, the location is very good, very close to the railway station and Nanhu Lake, and it is also very convenient to go around nearby. 2. Secondly, because it is far away from the main road, there is not much traffic outside and it is very quiet to sleep at night. 3. The big TV can project the screen, which is satisfactory. 4. The hotel was just renovated this year and the hygiene is satisfactory. (I forgot to take photos, so I attached a few random photos)

This inn chosen for this trip to Jiaxing must be rated five stars, the experience is very good. Location: It is in the Yuehe Old Street district, across the bar street, very lively Environment: The whole building is antique and very large. When you first check in, you need a waiter to lead the way, otherwise you can't find it at all. The night view of the inn is very beautiful Service: The service is considerate and thoughtful, and there are surprises everywhere. We booked a parent-child room. When we just entered the room, we found that the air conditioner was broken. After communicating with the front desk, we immediately adjusted a suite with ancient charm to us under the condition of tight housing supply during holidays and gave us breakfast for three people. Lunch was specially arranged for us to enjoy at noon the next day. Thank you very much 😊 Next time I come to Jiaxing, I will stay again. I highly recommend Yuehe Inn.

I went on a business trip to Jiaxing but unexpectedly got an unexpected stay experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby and smelled the Longjing tea, I felt the attentiveness of this Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk used a tablet to help me complete the formalities in three minutes, and the hand-painted version of ”Xiuzhou Food Map” handed over was simply a treasure - I ate authentic Zou Daxian Yanduxiang according to the recommendation. The zero-pressure bed in the room saved me from long-term cervical discomfort. I especially noticed that the USB port at the head of the bed has a luminous function, so I don’t have to find a socket in the dark to charge in the middle of the night. The detail that the gym is open 24 hours a day is a plus. After working overtime late at night, I can even use sports equipment with ice compress function. The most unforgettable thing is the episode when checking out: I casually mentioned that I had to catch the high-speed rail, and the concierge handed me a sandwich coffee combination in an insulated bag like magic. This kind of subtle and thoughtful service is probably the highest level of the hotel industry.
