"Fantastic Experience at Kande International Hotel Huizhou! I had a truly exceptional stay at Kande International Hotel Huizhou. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful — they even upgraded my room, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with excellent amenities that made my stay very comfortable. The entire hotel was clean, elegant, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety of food offered was impressive and up to international standards, with plenty of delicious options available — including great choices for vegetarians, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Kande International Hotel to anyone visiting Huizhou and would happily stay here again!"

"The room is very tidy, clean and relatively large. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and there is also an external small courtyard. The surrounding environment is quiet, but it is not far from the West Lake, only a 5-minute walk away, which is also considered the city center. But it is quiet in a busy area. The service is warm and thoughtful. I will come again next time."

"1) Location: Excellent, just opposite West Lake's 东门 with food street, eateries, bus stops, train station etc. just few minutes walking distance. Very easy to enjoy the most of West Lake (day and night view). 2) Cleanliness: Excellent. Extremely pleased with housekeeping for the room. Did a great job in assuring us of the level of hygiene, making the stay a pleasant and comfortable one. 3) Service: Excellent. Pleasantly surprised with receptionist granting us a very early check-in, and fantastic housekeeper that put in efforts in preparing our room that makes arrangements easier for us. Hotel also provides very nice complimentary coffee and tea (variety available) at reception area. 4) Room: Excellent. Big, nice, spacious, well maintained and comfortable with view of Westlake. Nice, super big bed with very comfortable bedding and memory pillows. So comfortable that we're tempted to buy the hotel pillows for home use. 5) Parking: Free parking for hotel guests. Just need to inform reception before leaving to waive the parking fees. However, very limited lots available and very tight with many cars parked within limited space. A bit challenging to manage. There is 15 mins grace for drop off/pick-up of hotel guests at reception. 6) Facilities: Relatively old but in good, well maintained condition. Well-equipped with all sorts of facilities needed by typical hotel guests e.g. gym, restaurants, nice roof top bar etc. Anti-mosquito efforts at reception area can be improved to ward off the many mosquitos from West Lake area."

"My stay here far exceeded expectations! The hotel is situated right on the East River, and our high-floor river view room offered breathtaking panoramic views, especially stunning at night. The room was spacious and modern, the bedding incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation. The Executive Lounge service was incredibly attentive, and the afternoon tea was exquisite. The indoor heated pool and gym were well-equipped, perfect for the whole family to unwind. Its prime location means Hejiang Tower and Shuidong Street are just a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast offered a wide array of choices, and the freshly prepared Huizhou rice noodles were an absolute highlight. The staff were polite and highly efficient, and they even presented small gifts for our family stay – truly excellent attention to detail! Ideal for both business and leisure, I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"

"Facilities: We arrived at the hotel around 4 AM and checked into our room, but there was no hot water. We checked in the morning and were told it was under repair and would be back online later. However, it's understandable that new hotels often have less-than-perfect amenities. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the layout was nice and comfortable. Environment: Perfect for young people to take photos and check in. The rooftop infinity pool was amazing. We went there early in the morning and it was not fully booked. The water was clean and didn't smell like disinfectant. Service: The front desk staff was very responsive and responded promptly. One drawback was that the breakfast stir-fries were a bit salty, and the seasoning for the rice noodle soup was bland, which needs improvement. Having recently opened, the prices are very reasonable, making it a great value. You should definitely check it out."

The hotel restaurant serves an excellent buffet, and the surrounding area boasts shops, restaurants, a cinema, and even a small lake. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the staff provided exceptional service. "The beach is just outside the house. The large swimming pool and indoor hot spring pool are the favorites of children. They can play in the water as much as they want. The house is very quiet. There are food stalls and tea restaurants outside the house. It is recommended to stay here."

"I saw this hotel online and came because of its reasonable price. Most importantly, parking is convenient and free. After arriving, I found that it is a rare, quiet place with relatively complete facilities. The children had a lot of fun in the Infinity Park and experienced an amphibious car on the beach. It was the first time to ride one and it was not bad. The hotel room is also super big, and you can see the villa, mountains and the sea from the balcony. The whole family slept soundly at night. The hotel staff was also quite friendly. When the driver got off work, the front desk staff worked part-time to help us get on and off the sightseeing bus. This hotel group has a yacht club with large and small yachts. However, we didn’t go because our family was small and it wasn’t suitable to go out, so we will bring more friends to go yachting next time."
