"The high-speed train shuttle service from Hengshan West Station was excellent, and the vehicle itself was very comfortable. While the room wasn't particularly spacious, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel's overall decor felt a bit dated, especially noticeable with the noisy elevator. Furthermore, a small set of stairs separates the lobby from the elevators, which could be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. Despite these minor issues, everything else was great, and the hotel boasts an excellent location!"
