"Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do."

The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night. Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!"

"Before heading to Chengdu, we opted to stay at the Deyang Guanghan Fengdu Hotel because of its proximity to the Sanxingdui Museum and archaeological site. The hotel's location is super convenient, and they even offer a free shuttle service to Sanxingdui. However, for more flexibility, we chose to drive ourselves there and back. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the very efficient front desk staff, and the lobby's design is quite unique. The room itself was standard 5-star quality and very comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner offered excellent value for money."

"I booked this hotel on short notice for a business trip, and the experience was surprisingly good! First of all, the cleanliness was superb; every corner of the room was spotless, even the baseboards were dust-free. The staff were incredibly friendly; when I asked where the laundry room was, the guy immediately offered to bring it to me and even told me how long the drying would take, saving me a lot of time. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with hot dishes, snacks, and fruit, all of which tasted great. Most importantly, the hotel has charging stations, and there's a food street right next door, making it a perfect place to stroll back after dinner – very pleasant. The location is also very convenient; it's not far from the high-speed rail station, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip!"

"Come for the food street, the harvest is far more than expected! Yes, the room is a surprise near the beautiful corner. Although I live in a room facing the street at night, there is a little sound outside, but I feel that there is a breath of life. The room is intelligently controlled by the whole house. It is super convenient to open directly by voice call. The room layout and cleaning are like home, clean and warm. The individually packaged bath towels make people feel at ease. There are many varieties of breakfast, especially the rice noodles. It is too delicious. (I got up late and passed the breakfast time. The kitchen aunt made it for me again. "I was walking around with my baby on the weekend and accidentally saw the Castle Hotel. My baby was so noisy that I wanted to stay there, so I placed a temporary order with Ctrip. The hotel is good. Except for the small window that cannot be opened, other facilities are good. There is a lot of hot water and the mattress is OK. Hygiene is okay. In terms of service: Since there are relatively few service staff in the hotel, the young man at the front desk who received us and the salesperson on duty that day both added a lot to the hotel. The overall feeling is good."

When checking in, there is a glass of warm water in the room, which is very heartwarming.
