"We stayed at Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands over the weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, with a lovely view. The bathtub was a real bonus and the range of toiletries provided was excellent. It was super easy to get into the city with a tram stop right out the front. Credit to the management for maintaining such a high standard throughout the hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great hotel! The room layout was well-designed, separating the living and sleeping areas nicely. The river flowing peacefully right by the hotel was a lovely touch. Waking up to the curtains opening in the morning and seeing that view really started my day off right. I'm so glad I booked this hotel; I had such a wonderfully relaxed and enjoyable vacation here."

"Just stayed here again for the second time in a month. The staff’s kindness and convenience in location has made us come back and would want to come back again. The lady at the reception (Sorry i didn’t get your name) was so lovely and helpful. We were 10mins early and she had let us checkin and had tried to accommodate our requests. The room was actually way better than what we booked (did not expected the pull out bed but we’re so happy about it) but the bathroom was not cleaned that much. The sink drains so slow like it was a bit clogged and sometimes smelly. It was also dirty when we came in (sink). The circle thingy in the middle was broken too. We asked for our room the next day too and wasn’t cleaned that much. Breakfast is amazing and the staff there is very nice too."

"Overall comfortable 1 night stay. Booking/Room as described, with all necessities provided. Staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. I would recommend Quest Docklands and would consider staying again myself. Fantastic location with walkable surroundings and nice sights! Smooth check-in & check-out process; precheck-in option is a great feature, I saw it too late to utilise. Air vents may need cleaning as it didn't feel as cool as expected, woke up a little sweaty but the humid morning could have been messing with temperature. Air definitely flowing though as had to fiddle with the curtains to minimise slight bumping sounds it was making against the frame. I appreciate the welcome letter, especially the clarification on the no smoking policy. Environmentally conscious attention, always a plus!"

"For Chinese travelers, having a hot water kettle is incredibly important. The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room. The washing machine and dryer were a huge convenience, allowing us to pack lighter. The induction cooktop, oven, cookware, dishes, and dishwasher, combined with the large supermarket nearby, made cooking a joy. Australian beef and lamb are truly delicious! Laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishcloths, salt, and pepper were all provided, which was very helpful. The neighborhood is new, quiet, and close to both the beach and tram stops. It's also within the Free Tram Zone. The front desk staff were friendly and always happy to assist. This is an excellent choice for families with children."

"We originally only booked for two nights, but this place was so fantastic that we kept extending our stay and ended up staying for six nights in total 🥹 - Environment: The room was very clean, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There were absolutely no noise issues; it was very quiet, and we couldn't hear any noise from other guests. The elevator was super fast, so we never had to wait long. - Location: It's right next to the Bourke St tram stop, which makes getting into the CBD very convenient. - Parking: There's an indoor parking garage in the same building, making it easy to load and unload luggage. - Amenities: The room was fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, capsule coffee machine, and all sorts of toiletries. - Service: We encountered three different front desk staff members, and all of them were incredibly friendly. Any questions we had were answered quickly via message or email. Hope to have the chance to visit again! 💖"

"I have been busy since returning from Australia, but I always remember that I owe the Melbourne Grand Hotel and its enthusiastic and responsible staff a five-point praise! I flew from Perth to Melbourne that day, took the skybus from the airport to the Southern Cross Station, and walked for ten minutes to the hotel early in the morning. I originally planned to store my suitcase and borrow the bathroom to wash and change clothes, and then went to the surrounding breakfast and sightseeing. The night shift was not off work yet, and the cleaning lady had just started work. They saw that I was tired and embarrassed, so they said that the room type I booked had just been checked out, and immediately arranged for cleaning work. I waited for about half an hour and checked in early. After going out and returning to the room, I also received a handwritten welcome message from the duty manager and very delicious chocolates, which was very thoughtful! Very heartwarming! This hotel is only separated from the Southern Cross Station by a road, and then you have to walk more than a hundred meters along the hotel house to the hotel front desk. The Southern Cross Station is close to the hotel. Woolworths is on this side of the hotel, and Coles is on the other side. The surrounding dining and shopping are quite convenient. You can walk to the Yarra River or the city center, and you can take the free tram a little further. The room is loft style, fully equipped with kitchen facilities, and very comfortable. This is my second time in Melbourne. This time I choose a better hotel than the last chain brand five-star hotel. I will stay here again if I have the chance to go to Melbourne in the future."

"The hotel staff were welcoming and ready to help. The hotel ammenities and location itself were perfect, from the pool there was a magnificent view of the sunset overlooking the city buildings. The charging ports in the room were practically placed, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was modernly designed and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, inviting, clean and modern, making its shared spaces comfortable to relax. Its convenient location allowed access to ”The District” on Docklands with a range of restaurants and shops alongside public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and enjoyable stay in Melbourne."

"It was ok, just want to mention that the photos don’t look like real rooms: 1. They don’t have a view at all (in the photos they show like a view of Docklands but not at all). 2. My room was in 2nd floor in the front of a gym, so it was very noisy, early morning from 6am you notice the noise from the gym. 3. Breakfast was average, not too much options, no good coffee. 4 parking area is super limited. What they do so good: customer service! Great and friendly. Cleaning. Very well."

"The view is really good. Toilet is clean and neat. Just the car park is really narrow for my Kia Sportage and you have to be really careful when making turns and reverses. Also the door key is kinda getting old and sometimes it can’t lock the door properly. Overall, it’s a really good place to stay."
