Pros Really clean and tidy room with almost everything. They even have rice cooker, first one I came across in Australia accommodation. Adequate supply of dishwasher and cleaning detergent. Reception was very nice, keep in touch via email prior to our stay. You can contact them by phone or WhatsApp and they will assist asap. View was great. Parking was secure. Cons: Rooms a bit small for a 3 bedroom and comfortable for my children. There's no daily room service, we have to clear all the rubbish ourselves and load the dishes in the dishwasher before we check out. The staffs only available 9-6pm, so if there's late check in or out, better contact them beforehand.

great location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night. Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st. the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in. At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

The location is very convenient, but because you don't have a front desk, be sure to book your check-in time in advance.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Yarra River, with a supermarket downstairs and free trams right outside. The room has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. You can buy bread, eggs, milk, and vegetables from the supermarket and make yourself a nutritious breakfast. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help, which made our trip a very pleasant experience.

Location of the property was perfect. The building is well maintained. However I had a problem with the security deposit or Bond. The hotel said they refunded. But it was untrue. Next time pls allow cash security payment like most established operators do in this world. Somehow they kept spinning their stories. I lost my bond $.

The location is right on the edge of the city center, lively and quiet, the environment is good. However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud.

Shops, restaurants, and the entertainment precinct are all just steps away. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well designed. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay feel like home. Facilities include a pool, gym, and sauna. The standout feature was the rooftop with a tennis court and bookable BBQ area. I hosted a small BBQ gathering there, and it was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had stayed longer and would definitely return. Highly recommended. ✨

The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home.

It's a serviced apartment with basically no services. If you stay for a long time and prepare to cook your own food, you can. There are large supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets nearby. You can clean the bathroom yourself, wash the bath towels yourself, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine, which is also convenient.
