Center Park Resort Pvt. Ltd ★★★★
"Comfortable air conditioned room and very good guide on walking and jeep safaris. Food was OK, but it would have been good to have a menu with a choice of dishes instead of being presented with a set meal. Reception staff were polite and helpful but restaurant service could have been more professional. Good swimming pool."
Hotel National Park Sauraha- Homely Stay and Peaceful Location with Jungle Safari Arrangements ★
"Long story short: Great stay, with great service at great prices! Thank you Suraj, Surya, and Shiva for arranging this wonderful experience. I was looking for a safari in Chitwan when I came across the website of this hotel. I found the contact information and texted the owner, Suraj, with my questions. Within a few minutes, I received a response, and we decided to stay at the hotel. The owner warmly welcomed us upon arrival and helped us choose the right safari. We chose the 3-day walking tour and, after asking about safety, the owner arranged for a guide with 37 years of jungle experience. Surya was a great guide, and together with our other guide, Shiva, they made our safari an unforgettable experience. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are spacious and quiet. It’s located just outside the city center, about a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of seating areas both inside and outside. The beds are comfortable, with mosquito nets included, air conditioning is available if needed, and the breakfast options are excellent."
Jungle Safari Resort ★★★★
"Breakfast service was great! The food was great too! The boss treats every visitor very attentively! The arranged guide Kush is also very professional! From the boss to the employees, they treat every visitor with care"
Hotel Riverside ★★★
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the AC and the fan was wonderful as it got very hot. The pool is beautiful and is cleaned everyday. Lots of places to sit and enjoy a coffee. The location is great as well. Cons: They support and can book you elephant safari rides and non ethical elephant activities. This is a dying trade as it is very cruel to ride elephants as a tourist. The elephants are chained up when they are not being ridden and they are not treated right or fairly. Please do not support elephant riding. We were disappointed to see that this beautiful hotel does so."
Park Safari Resort ★★★★★
"Avoid booking this resort as it offers a Pathetic subpar experience. It is considered one of the worst resorts we have come across, with poorly trained staff, lack of hospitality, disrespect towards customers, and low-quality food despite being labeled as luxurious. The owner, Dayaram, shows no concern once you have made a reservation, providing zero customer service and displaying arrogance by acting as if he is the president of the Chitwan area."
Tiger Residency Resort ★★★
"The boss’s daughter-in-law is from Hong Kong, China. Haha, the hotel’s travel packages are quite conscientious and they kept introducing us. But their tour guide was a bit annoying and kept asking for tips to the driver."
Hotel Monalisa Chitwan Pvt. Ltd. ★★★★
"The service provided by the boy at the hotel front desk was very bad. I forgot my flight ticket order at the hotel. The driver promised to deliver it but it didn't come after waiting for a long time. He also didn't call to let me know. He is not trustworthy."
Hotel Aikawa ★★★★★
"The hotel owner must have visited hotels in China. The decor is completely in the style of Chinese hotel chains, but they've only scratched the surface, not grasped the essence. There are still many details that need improvement. Of course, the rooms are very clean, which should be more suitable for Chinese tastes. I especially want to praise the service, which was excellent. The food was delicious, and they even took us on a tour of the forest park. This hotel was the most satisfying experience of our trip to Nepal!"
Peacock - a family-run hotel ★★★
"We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this family run hotel which is located at the center of the town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was great. We felt like home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to our next visit. Till then bye and see you soon! Dhanyabad and pheri vetaula."

Hotel Royal Safari pvt ltd
"Very nice place to stay. Staffs are very polite, expert in managing the customers. One stop hotel to enjoy the activities and stay in Chitwan national park. They will manage each and every thing like Jungle safari, jeep safari and elephant safari."
CHITWAN FOREST RESORT
"This place is horrible. We stayed in the bungalows So I can not comment on the new block. Our first ssue was the bathroom. The Taps were loose, and they placed toilet cleaning Blocks in the sink plug hole. Obviously to hide some kind of smell. However this made our whole room smell like a mens urinal. We had no hot water to shower, for the duration of our stay. But Bespite telling reception. Nothing was done. On speaking with other guests. They all hand the same issues The food is 2 options. 1 vegetarian and 1 meat or fish option However, our main issue was the noise. There is a club/ bar which played loud music until 02 00am. Once that is finished the neighbours' 3 dogs barked until dawn. We i mentioned this to one of the staff though it was very funny Whilst I acknowledge the hotel is cheap. The basis of any hotel is goodnights sleep and hot water to shower If you want some peace and quiet Look elsewhere."
Rhino Land Jungle Lodge
"We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a package tour that included the room, all meals and the guided tours/safaris. Everything was excellent. Our room was lovely with a large bathroom. Toiletries included body lotion x 1, shampoo x 2 (no conditioner), toothbrush and toothpaste x 2. There was a small fridge that worked well including the freezer. The grounds were large and well maintained with seating around fire pits for cool nights. The breakfast, lunch and dinners provided were buffet style with plenty of variety. Sometimes western style, other times more local food. Lunch and dinners included one dessert dish which wasn't always to my taste. Staff at the front desk and in the dining area were all fabulous. Any small problems were quickly and cheerfully sorted out. The lodge is located in the town area so there are many shops right beside the lodge. Our safari guide, Kapil, was awesome! Not sure I'd remember those instructions on what to do if an elephant, rhino or bear charged me but luckily that didn't happen. If you're staying in the area this is great hotel to choose. Others on our tour were about 2km out of town and while their lodge was nice they felt a bit isolated and their guide wasn't as fabulous as ours!"
River View Jungle Camp
"I really enjoyed staying at this property, the rooms are large and clean with air conditioning. The staff is the jewel in the crown, very on point and attentive to the tourist. They offer packages to visit the Chitwan park, we chose the canoe tour and then the jeep, impeccable guides. We entrusted ourselves to them for the return flight to Kathmandu, we were looked after until the end. Really compliments for the structure and the services offered. Everyone is very kind and helpful. We had dinner at the property, everything was good."
Rainbow Safari Resort
"I arrived at the resort via a package deal that I purchased through get your guide. I think it would have been cheaper to book the package through an agency in Pokhara or Kathmandu rather than online like I did, but that is the only real downside I have to report! The resort itself is beautiful with a very nice courtyard and amazing staff. The food was a nice mix of traditional Nepalese cuisine one day with more North American type food the next day. The package included a walk, a canoe ride and a jeep safari which were all led by the same guide from the resort and I enjoyed the variety. Overall I had an amazing time here and would recommend to anyone visiting Chitwan!"
Jungle Sunset Camp
"Hotel with large room , clean , bathroom a bit old but hot shower . Mattress are hard , difficult first night All rooms get river view , quiet place near the center . Helpful staff . Good value to organize walk safari . Give you lift to bus stand , garden to stay"
Hotel Hermitage
"The manager was very helpfull and nice to talk to. You can swim in a pool overlooking a river and jungle from where you can see some rhinos, crocodiles and sometimes even elephants and tigers. Awsome vibes and good food. Thank you for your hospitality!"
Hotel Parkland
"Very great staff and excellent activities. Safari and cultural programs were very good. Our guide Hari was top notch. The food was excellent as well. Would certainly go there again."
Chitwan Park Village
"We had to include the Jungle Tower in our Chitwan National Park plans and I was greeted by Ranjan upon my inquiry. He was as responsive as he could be to my every question and change of plan. Ranjan arranged everything for us during our 3-day stay, including our trip to the Elephant reserve, drive and tour of a small village and trip to a cultural performance. He facilitated a full day of touring on a jeep, picked us up for lunch, then sent us off with sack dinners into the capable hands of Depok, our jungle guide. We canoed to our Tower in the Jungle, seeing birds, crocodiles and water buffalo. After walking to our Jungle Tower, we saw a pair of rhinos, apparently mating. Depok was a lovely, heart-filled and knowledgeable guide, making our Tower experience remarkable. After walking back during the sunrise, Ranjan picked us up and fed us one more delicious and huge meal before taking us to our bus. I would highly recommend a stay at Hotel Chitwan Park Village - the food was delicious and plentiful and we felt very well cared for by Ranjan."
