Ana Anan Resort & Villas Pattaya Reviews

Selected this hotel based on the advertised photos on their website and trip.com. The hotels public spaces (lobby and restaurants) are well maintained. Unfortunately the rooms are not on par with advertisement. Stains on bed, broken toilet seat, spots and huge black (dirt?) stripes on bathroom floor, mold in the shower, stains on slippers (which looks like spilt toothpaste while brushing teeth?) from previous guests and so on. Service from reception far is beyond expectations; on the last night of our stay we were kept awake until 2AM due to (cleaning up after) an event in the hotel. We informed the hotel staff (at the reception) about our awful experience and we got a “sorry to hear that” as response. All in all not worth the 120 Euros per night rate. And definitely not 5 star worthy in terms of service and offered in-room experience. My advice would be to: have a nice drink at the over the moon bar at the roof top (which is nice) and save your money for a better hotel to stay at.

This hotel is my wishlist one, its so good. The staff exactly nice and service minded. We love Ana anan. And also the beach, so nice and calm.

Overall is good. Like the swimming pool. If want to take morning photo with sunlight have to wait until 12pm++, the building will block the morning sunlight. Afternoon sunset photo no issue. Breakfast is very good, full of western and Thai choices.

It is a good experience to stay at Ana Anan resort, the room is very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet have many different types of choice.

Great and amazing hotel. Under the cafe & over the moon cafe was a romantic cafe with delicious food and good environment.we have enjoyed at the Beach also.Hotel is the good location and suitable for relax and peaceful.Room was big and quality of breakfast serve with delicious local Thai food and various foods.

And, if you’re a margarita lover, you’re in for a treat—in my opinion, they serve the best margaritas in Pattaya. The rooms are spacious and feature a luxurious bathtub, a cozy balcony, and comfy beds and pillows that ensure a restful sleep. After a day spent soaking up the sun by the pool or on the beach, the spa is a delightful bonus. Ana Anan Resort strikes the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. This is where you go when you want to escape the hustle and indulge in pure tranquility.

Great hotel great view great bathtub and mainly the best breakfast

The hotel’s atmosphere was very nice, rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was great.

Nice hotel location with excellent breakfast selection. Had been staying there when we are in Pattaya. Highly recommended.

The room is nice. Close to the beach. 4 restaurants (including cafe) so you can enjoy the different kinds of food. The moon bar view is so nice for sunset , the inside area is also elegant. Pools are too crowded. Staffs can be improved to give some hotel info in details to guest. Overall is good and worth for the money. At least select ocean view sky bath if you want to have a direct sea view , it is so impressive.
