"Highly unprofessional staff. The bathroom tabs are not working properly. Bathroom me mug bhi nahi hota. You must call at least 3-4 times for a cup of tea. Room service staff enters the room directly without ringing the bell. Ac not working. Ac remote will be provided on demand."
