These animals were part of the resort’s charm — friendly, harmless, and loved by many guests - myself included. To hear that they’ve been mistreated and removed in such a cruel way is beyond disappointing; it’s vile. No level of comfort or luxury can make up for the lack of basic empathy and respect shown here. I would never support a place that treats living beings this way."
