Room is spacious and clean. Hotel is located near amenities

The location of the hotel for me is just nice as it is not in the proximity of Sapporo city center. There is a Kikusui subway station 600 away from the hotel. Meanwhile, the size of the hotel room is way spacious than we expected with a great river view. Opposite of the hotel, there is a Lawson convenience store which make it easy for guests to looking for foods or snack.

The location is amazing, right across from the airport limousine bus stop. Staffs were very friendly!

Very nice customer service. Room is big with good view of the river. Parking space is convenient and reasonable price. The lounge is extra bonus to the guests. Highly recommend to tourists coming to Sapporo.

Airport shuttle bus stops right infront of hotel. Hotel was a bit far from downtown though free shuttle bus was provided.  No restaurants nor shops nearby, only Lawson is opposite the hotel. Good compliment with free draft beer is served till 7pm.

Good location for getting to/from the New chitose airport due to airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, super clean and quiet due to 20 min walking to the busy most tourist area, good price, not fully enjoy

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shikanoyu! The room was spacious and comfortable, which made for a very relaxing experience. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options – definitely a highlight of the stay. The service was top-notch; the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I also appreciated the large car park, which made parking hassle-free. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the main shopping and restaurant areas, so you’ll need to drive or plan ahead for meals and shopping. That said, the peaceful surroundings actually added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I really liked this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Really wished if there is a Landry room. A bit too fr from the Main Street, had to walk in the snow.. the shuttle bus from the hotel to the Sapporo station only starts at 10:30 AM..

Excellent room service and very spacious! We got to celebrate our honeymoon in this hotel which was definitely a good choice! Free bus shuttle service was very convenient, environment was very conducive too. Would definitely come back to stay here again!

Absolutely brilliant hotel for location and service! Best value for money

We check in for 2 days when we reach plus a last day 1 day extra, we felt the air con was not cold at all even we called the reception and they thought us how to adjust, but this 3 days was not Cooling at all n so coincidence we stayed the same Room 1141 n 1143

Hotel staff is very nice and friendly cafe ice cream also very good ❄️☃️☃️❄️❄️❄️
