A very cool secluded place in the mountains! The service is excellent! We took a bungalow higher up the slope from the main building and were delighted! I have never slept so well anywhere)) it takes 7 minutes to get to the city by taxi. You can change money at the reception. Excellent breakfast, and a good restaurant. The price is 2-3k higher than in other hotels, but it's worth it. Special respect to the staff! They will always help, always in touch. They take you to the slope with the houses by car at any time and pick you up if necessary. The houses have everything you need, even a flashlight and an electric fly swatter😀

I had a great time at the hotel! I had a great rest because it was clean and friendly~! There were no bugs in the room and the facilities were all good, so I was very satisfiedㅠㅠ Who said there were bugs..? Why didn't I see them..? ㅋㅋㅋ I really want to come again.. I LOVE ECO PALM HOUSE🫶🏻 Recommended breakfast menu 1. Yogurt (muesli) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 💛💛💛💛💛 2. Omelette + fruit jam🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡 3. Good location, beautiful view outside the hotel right in the center of town. The hotel is clean and quiet. The service is attentive. satisfaction

We had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

View from the Hotel's Balcony is awesome, we upgraded our room to get a Balcony view room & it came with such a reasonable price. The staff is so humble, friendly & helpful. Best part of the Hotel is Mono rail station to Mount Fansipan is just adjacent to this Hotel. Gr8 Experience there, probably the Best Hotel in Sapa. Definitely Next time I will opt for the same Hotel. Only thing is, they should add some options in their breakfast menu for Vegetarians. Worth a Stay 👍

I searched for many hotels to stay in Sapa. I decided on this one because of the mountain view, indoor pool, and good breakfast, and the reviews. The price was also a little cheaper when I made the reservation. It's about a 5-minute walk from Hanoi Church. The city is small, so you can walk to Sapa Lake and the market. The first night's breakfast wasn't a buffet because there were only a few people staying, but they brought us the dishes on the list. I was also satisfied. They kept our luggage even before check-in. This is a very good hotel.
