Excellent stay , enjoyed as family trip in sanya holiday inn resort. In buffet Breakfast menu some seafood and Halal / muslim food options would be great

A Perfect Home Away from Home - our fabulous stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Sanya Yalong Bay! We just spent a fantastic week at Holiday Inn & Suites Sanya Yalong Bay, and it truly lived up to its motto: "Creating a home away from home". From the warm hospitality to the excellent facilities - our stay was unforgettable! A big thank you to the staff who catered to all our needs. Special praise goes to Hal, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed our spacious apartment with big bathtub, cozy terrace, comfy beds, and a broad selection of movies to keep us entertained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for both Western and Chinese tastes. There's also on-site dinner which was convenient after long beach days. At the restaurant there were foreign interns - a thoughtful approach toward English-speaking guests. The pool is large and deep, good for swimming. The beach designated area offers sunbeds and shade, and is just a short walk away past Hualuxe, the other hotel of the group. And guests are welcome to use the amenities of both hotels, including kids’ bubble pool with slides; playground & fun mini-train circling the complex; 5D cinema. If you’re planning your dream vacation in Sanya, this hotel is a must-stay. We’ll definitely be back!

I like the activities organized by the hotel. The beach is clean, nice and friendly for family to enjoy. It is definitely a nice choice for family trip.

The place is beautiful! The staff tries to help you with any questions! They checked you in earlier than the allotted time without extra charges. The food is monotonous (the pools are good) Great hotel!

Good location by Yalong Bay walking distance to beach and commercial street. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good . Overall good we had a good stay

Good days, Coming for the second time. It's more economical if you book early. I stayed at 2 other hotels in the city center, but they didn't meet my expectations. I came and rested before my departure date. It was cleaner when I first came in October. Also, the weather in Sanya was hotter. Now it's cooler and windier. Maybe if I come again, I will definitely come to your place again.

We are staying family. Double bed room is very comfortable. And breakfast many food choices, service, clean very good.

We have booked room with breakfast. In China main problem for vegetarian people is Food, here you can’t find vegan food easily. We stayed in holiday inn for 2 night and 2 nights in other hotel, While i checked in i asked front desk to ask restaurant to prepare vegan food for us but he said they have many things inside , you can take vegetarian food by yourself, but first day in breakfast we could not eat anything other than plain rice and fruit because everything contains meat or egg. Then i talked to one of hotel staff Name LUCAS who can speak good english. He helped us to convey our requirements to restaurant manager then on second day we could get proper breakfast. Lucas also helped us to talk to our other hotel manager about our food restrictions so that we could get vegan food over there too LUCAS helped us for other all difficulties too. being non Chinese people its not easy for us to survive in china because we don’t know chinese language and we are vegetarian people. But LUCAS became superman for us and overcome all our problems. Thanks a lot LUCAS for your selfless service in all the way. We had a comfortable and clean stay at the hotel. We would like to thank the receptionist, Yummy, for her kind assistance in booking tickets and other matters.

Great location and price is reasonable within the area. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Maintenance can be improved however as sofa and cushions have patches of stains.

We are first time to Sanya, thought of booking in Yalong Bay Area , Found Holiday inn from trip com and booked . We have stayed for 5 days and experience is amazing , this hotel is budget friendly , breakfast is varied , have multiple vegetables options in breakfast ( we are vegetarian) , kitchen is available for cooking ( utensils will be provided by hotel ) , room got Mountain View which is spectacular ( this is basic option) , this is near to sea and very near to underwater world where we can do sea activities . Staff are polite and they answer to your every question . Also , the hotel provides some kids activities which are ok as well , the hotel also has one adult pool and one kids pool as well . One Particular person is Rose (he/him ) ( on the hotel front desk ) who helps way beyond the expectation and helped for some guidance for the visiting of some places . Overall , there was no complaints and this hotel seems too good to be true. If you are looking for reasonable budget , with family , have kids , quiet place , little far from city center , near to sea ( taking bay ) this is the hotel I recommend .

We enjoyed Hainan trip at this hotel. Lucas is very kind and ready to help us. We will visit again thanks to his efforts and cooperation! If you are not familiar to Chinese language, find him, Lucas! He will assist you! Don’t worry be happy!

The hotel has a beautiful environment and a great location, just a short walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with balconies that are perfect for families. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast offers a good variety—ideal for a family vacation. But Checking is quite slow The only downside was the laundry system, which was not very user-friendly. Although self-service laundry and dry cleaning are available, but wager and drier are separate , and all machines are working day & night, unless you wait there for few hours which is unreasonable. Staff won’t help on this . which affected the overall experience. It would be great if the hotel could improve the convenience of the laundry services to better accommodate guests.
