The hotel was in a great location as it had its own beach on the island but also close to other popular beaches. Superb view during both night and day as you can see from my pictures. Room service was also very prompt and helpful, we especially enjoyed the island feast meals. Helen was helpful in our check out process. overall, would definitely recommend.

The view from the room was beautiful, the location is also convenient but the amenities were not that good for a resort. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.

I liked that there is a free shuttle to the end of the bridge. Breakfast is good, a large selection. Many places require renewal, there is rust. Vid from the room is excellent.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you need, a great swimming pool and nice options for breakfast.

They can have more amenities within the Phoenix island. Breakfast is great!

Amazing hotel, beautiful, spotless, amazing views of the sea, lush tropical pool area and the most comfortable beds ever. Staff were all soo lovely, especially the reception staff who were soo helpful, kind and patient with us as we tried to translate from English to Chinese.

The room was immaculate! The view was fantastic! I would advise that if you’re English speaking, don’t bother calling for room service. We called them and the person on the other line said: “Sorry, no English.” and hung up the call in my ear LOL! At least they sent someone over and she took our order from our room. Do not order anything off the menu, just eat from the buffet. I promise you, the buffet is 10x better. And don’t go to the beach that’s across the bridge (there’s a cart that transports you across the bridge, for free). That beach is 50m from the bridge, don’t do it! Rather get a DiDi or taxi to Dadonghai and visit the beach there - a bit crowded but I promise you visually more appealing! The lights at night are gorgeous and there’s also a lounge on the 33rd floor so if you go there as the light show is happening, it’s just amazing!

This is a very nice location if you enjoy swimming and the sea. This Resort is on an artificial island in Sanya Bay. The only problem: to get to the sea beach for a swim you have to get off the island. It's either you take a pretty weird shuttle or you walk for 2 km across the bridge to the sea beach. The shuttle drivers have no respect to their hotel guests whatsoever and can deviate from the official shuttle route at will endangering the guests -- WEIRD.

There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to go across the bridge to find restaurants, which was a bit of a disadvantage. The service was very good. Fruit was brought to the room every day. And for my little girl's birthday, they also made a cake and she really liked it. I would like to thank the manager Sally for this.

Location is best in Sanya. Because there was helicopter, boat service and you can see ocean in front of window. Also you can do shopping near by hotel. It takes 10 minutes from this hotel. Breakfast was so many choices.

I stayed at this Resort for my birthday. Sally was kind enough to gift me a birthday cake. Her customer service is top tier. Friendly and ensure all was ok. The location is not bad, 30 minutes out from the airport. There are many activities to do near the resort so that was a plus.
