Nice hotel, well located, unfortunately the pool service was poor, the bar tender never was paying attention to the customers at the pool. Hard time to order something from the bar

This is our 3rd stay at Astro Palace Hotel, Fira, Santorini. It has become like a home away from home for us since we first stayed there in 2022, then in 2023, and now in 2025. The property is incredibly well maintained. Their staff wonderfully and professionally trained, and they provide one of the best customer services we've ever experienced in all our global journeys. Our special thanks to Hope and Catherine, respectively, for their wonderful care. We also send our thanks to the barman (his name escapes me) and the restaurant staff, too. Staff are helpful. Breakfast s very good

Good location overall, but a bit of a walk to get to the main area of Fira, and the road if you're walking is not that easy with kids. The showers were a bit dirty around the edges, and it was dirty underneath the patio tables when we moved them, a lot of dirt underneath. Otherwise, pool was excellent, rooms were very big and comfortable, food was good and the staff were excellent, especially the ladies at the front desk. Very helpful in pointing us in the right directions on where to go and what to see in Santorini. The bartenders were also very helpful and friendly, the gentlemen at breakfast were exceptionally good. The views from this hotel, especially from the pool area, are good.

Had pleasure of staying at Astro for 4 days. The team at residence were fantastic from moment we arrived until our stay ended. Provide excellent advice on places to visit and eat. Walking distance to Fira but also in peaceful location. Clean and airy hotel. Breakfast offering could be better, omelettes a bit too greasy, and very light on healthier options, could do with more fruit.

The location is also very good. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Internet celebrity refrigerator store and 8 minutes walk from Fira Station. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and upgraded us to the sunrise room type for free. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is cleaned every day. I really like the hotel environment. The small balcony in the room has a great view. The service is very good. The swimming pool is beautiful. You can sit in a chair by the pool to bask in the sun, drink tea, and daydream. It is suitable for friends to spend a vacation.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. A few minutes walk from the center of Fira. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-kept like all the rooms. Abundant breakfast and excellent service. The staff were very kind, from the reception to the guys at the pool bar. I couldn't have made a better choice. Super recommended

Magnificent hotel, luxurious with welcoming and attentive staff, the breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The rooms are top notch, the pool is superb! The hotel is a 6-minute walk from the city center, far from the noise but the journey has a slope and requires a little physical effort.

Stayed for two days. Good sunshine, good service and good scenery
