The reviews don't do this place justice. The junior suite we stayed in was lovely, especially for the money we paid. The room was small but adequate. It was clean and tidy. The hot tub was lovely and warm. The views are stunning and it is in a great location, although it is hard to find initially. Our only negatives would be it was very difficult to check in as we were delayed and arrived late. There was no one to see and no one answered the phone. It could do with a small kettle and maybe and information sheet with the wi-fi code and what to do when leaving.

This place is awful - nothing like the website photos. Room was damp. Hot tubs full of dirty water and not cleaned. Staff not present and when they were not only rude but aggressive and intimidating. Cancelled our reservation whilst we were there after 1 night even though had paid in full for 4 nights - a complete scam!! Please do not stay here!

Finding the place wasn’t too easy due to the fact that there aren’t any signs with the hotel name. There wasn’t a hotel lobby, only a restaurant where we were immediately surrounded by come drink here guys. They did have luggage storage, however, it was out in the open where we hoped nobody would take our things. So now onto the room. The view was stunning, picturesque and one of a kind. The outdoor hot tub nasty, brown rings at water level, hair and random debris. Benches around the so-called outdoor tub were stained. Upon entering this $500 Honeymoon suite, it was concerning. Only one towel for each of us and one hand towel. The towels we got were stained, bathroom sink was disgusting and a very dirty sink cup. TV in bedroom didn’t work, no Wi-Fi for options of streaming. So back to the outdoor hot tub, the path we took to get there is frequently visited by random people and tourists, which meant no-privacy. They just allowed people to come and go. A “Do Not Enter” sign would have been something. So I guess if you want motel 6 service in Santorini, you can stay here. But don’t waste your money. The next morning 1 hour before check out, the clerk is peeking in our window, then he comes back a few minutes later to ask if we are checking out…he seemed impatient and almost harassing. So we left the room and put our bags back into the so- called luggage area, which was just up against the glass wall at the entrance of the bar. We asked to sit so we could kill some time, they obliged. Once again the sharks attacked us…drink, drink. We politely declined and started to drink our energy drinks we had. The hotel clerk leaned over the rail and began to say, not quietly, that we couldn’t have our drinks in this area. We talked to a local and this could be a law, however, it was his approach. After spending $500 for the crappy suite, you would think that at least there would be a sitting area not attached to the restaurant. So we put 2 open cans into our bag, sat for a couple minutes and left. Never again to return. Worst stay in all of Europe, stay somewhere else. This place has no lobby to call for inquiries. I guess we just paid for the view…tourist trap!

We only have this 2 stars so people.are more likely to read it, 100% 1 star stay. The staff we rude, disorganised and didn't really understand what we had booked. Eventually shown to our room after the manager barked our room number from the stairs. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with bancony and outside hot tub. The room smelt of damp, very overpowering smell when we first walked in. The wall light was taped onto the wall. There was rust running down the wall from a light as well. Bath mat was grubby with hairs in it. When we went outside the views are amazing but the hot tub was full of hair and dead flies, obviously hadn't been cleaned. Filter didn't appear to work either. There was 2 cigar ends on the floor, only thing they had done was made the bed. Would be surprised if the sheets were even changed. My wife was pregnant so we decided not to stay and walked out due to the unhygienic conditions. No coffee machine or iron either. Would not recommend at all!!!

Scam Hello everyone, I would like to start this review with a very important warning: do not book at this property! The room they assigned to us did not match the description and photos we had seen at all. There is no reception, and a guy from the restaurant simply gave us the key, after which we never saw any of the staff again. The restaurant manager got angry when we asked to call him, the host said I'm not interested, I take care of the restaurant! Once we entered the room, we found a humid environment. The pool and the jacuzzi were not working and the room was not the one we had paid for! When we asked the host for explanations about the room change, he blocked us and no longer responded to our messages. Furthermore, that same evening he also cancelled our reservation on Booking, probably to avoid a negative review. The cleaner came at 5pm when we were resting after 2 days!!! Evaluate carefully before booking at this property! I cannot give a rating of zero, so I give a 1, but only to be able to publish the review. I really hope Booking takes action!!! Scam

Run away and don't look back. We chose this place based on the photo. A real scam apart from the view. It's a disappointing place, the rooms are almost unsanitary. A supposedly private jacuzzi, a big scam. A filthy jacuzzi where access is open bar everyone can access it, the staff spends their cigarette break there. A hotel where there is no reception, no manager. Everything is managed on a table in the restaurant at the top of the so-called "suites". A ridiculous breakfast. Access to this place is complicated since no one knows it. No taxi knew the place and the meeting point was the famous restaurant. When I see the old comments, nothing has changed everything has been hidden

I advise you to avoid, they cancel at the last minute, They give you a room that does not correspond and very dirty, sheet and bathroom, the floor full of hair, the horrible jacuzzi, handkerchief at the bottom and full of waste that floats, afraid of catching mushrooms like the shower. Damp and abundant smell, cannot open the room knowing that there are the chimneys of the kitchen hoods of other restaurants around = cooking smell. All that remains is to close everything and endure the night. Luckily for us we only had one night which was already too many. As you can see in our photos and the photos already posted this has not changed, everything is confirmed each time. Even the incompetent staff and speaks like crap….. Good luck to all and run away

To avoid at all costs, we rented a room which had the jacuzzi and the terrace and when we arrived the jacuzzi was not working, the circuit breaker in the panel was closed and when I turned it on, the main circuit breaker tripped , therefore more electricity. They knew about it and they rented it anyway. The room stank and the sheets, blankets and towels were dirty, the bedspread had blood stains, because they don't change the sheets and towels, which means you sleep in sheets that other people have slept on before you. I complained about the jacuzzi and I was changed rooms and when I asked to change the sheets I was told that it will be done. I took pictures of the stains in the bed and when I came back in the afternoon I unmade the bed and the stains were still there. I complained a second time and followed the guy cleaning the rooms to make sure he got clean sheets and towels. The second room also stank and was deteriorating. At this establishment there is no reception, everything is done on a table in the restaurant and when I asked to see the manager, there was always a reason not to meet him, he had an accident, he is in the hospital etc. The person who takes care of the reservations is stupid and doesn't care about the customers. All this spoiled our stay, but fortunately we found things to do to try to enjoy the beauty of the island.

Terrible experience, no indication of where this suite was located. It was believed to be an accommodation facility instead there are several rooms located in the center of Fira. After sweating 7 shirts we understand where it is and we find ourselves in a restaurant from there they accompany us to this room. A terrible stench, mold and humidity everywhere, the tub full of hair and hair, general cleaning of the room very bad. No windows to let in air. We ask for a replacement and they send us to another apartment so humid that we freeze at night and sweat at the same time. Faucets detached from the wall and still mold everywhere. We escaped . 690€ for 2 nights, a steal!
