Amazing place to stay! We were there for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The view from our room was the beautiful pool. Bed was really confortable. This place is a perfect combination between Greece decor and modern style inside. Eric and Erie were there to help us every time we need. Their services were welcoming. We took the hotel service taxi from them twice, really nice driver, showed us the hidden places of oia.

The hotel truly deserves these high ratings! All the staff of the hotel are super welcoming and friendly! Rooms are clean and the hotel itself is a great place to take photo with. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off service with a reasonable charge (if you want a smooth move-in, I recommend you book it ahead with the hotel). The bus stop to Fira is just around 6 minutes walk from the hotel which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and super clean. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family to stay here if they ever visited Santorini. Not only that the staff members are so welcoming, friendly and lovely. George and Joanna helped us with anything we required from transfers to planning our day and the best way of going about it. They gave us their mobile numbers in case we got stuck anywhere, they were there to help us get back to the hotel. Which was so lovely of them. The breakfast is also really good and I enjoyed it everyday and I’m not usually the one to have breakfast everyday. The hotel is in the middle of the island away from the hustle bustle so it is peaceful and calm if you want that kind of stay. The busy areas are Fira and Oia which are situated in the north of the island and there is a bus that will take you there for €2 from near the hotel and doesn’t take long. There is also a bus stop near the hotel that will take you to the south of the island like Pyrgos, Parissa and Kamari also for €2. Personally I was happy with my choice of hotel as it was nice and calm and I was able to explore the rest of the island easily from here. It is also very close to the airport.

New designer hotel, really liked it! Perfect for a leisurely holiday in the center of the island, as well as for outings to the sights - for those who have transport. The hotel has ample free parking.

I am a black diamond member and have not reviewed for many years. I couldn't sleep due to jet lag so I want to post this so that everyone doesn't make mistakes. First, it is very inconvenient to travel. The breakfast is very bad. Second, the staff broke into my room before I left the room, knocked on the door and opened it immediately. I was very panicked at the time. This is really the most annoying booking I have ever made. I am considering not trusting Ctrip anymore and will still go to *********** when traveling overseas.

The hotel is nice. The waiters are handsome and enthusiastic. It was already after 12 o'clock when I checked in. They helped me carry my luggage to the room, taught me how to open and close the windows, and showed all kinds of care... I was very touched by being in a foreign country. You can order breakfast freely, and it’s actually free. Like it! It is very convenient to travel near the hotel. It is a few minutes walk to the bus stop to Fira and the entrance of the green Carrefour, but the citywalk in Santorini does not work! The bus costs 1.6 euros and is very convenient!

The room is average, the environment is good, and the breakfast is rich.
