Good hotel! Just a little off the center of Guangzhou, and be aware that if your room faces the train line, you might be disturbed by its noise (but the hotel provides earplugs in the room already!)

Very comfortable and clean room, front desk service is good

The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, from the minute you get dropped off outside. The room was clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you to Rachel and Yuki for being helpful throughout our stay at Hilton.

yukz and jiujiu at the front desk were great, gave me a room upgrade also helped with taxi arrangements. nice location, close to metro station. my second time staying at this hotel .nice experience. will stay again

We liked our stays at hotel. Hotel is located comfortably. It is close to metro. It takes only few minutes to get to main landmark. Hotel personal was very friendly. Meal was good. Room were with new nice furniture and wery clean

Excellent hospitality and service! Great breakfast spread available! Rooms were spacious and clean. Good that it’s nearby Hengsha metro station, though hotel location is quite far from airport and train station.

He swiftly handled my check-in, and even offered a few local tips on nearby dining options. His knowledge of the area and willingness to help me navigate the city was remarkable. By the time I reached my room, I already felt like I had a trusted guide. Later that evening, I encountered a small issue with the air conditioning in my room. That’s when 小佳 stepped in. She was quick to respond and worked diligently to resolve the issue. What impressed me most was her attention to detail—she not only fixed the problem but followed up with a personal call to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Her genuine care for the guests made me feel valued. Throughout my stay, both 小林 and 小佳 went above and beyond, always available when I needed assistance. Whether it was arranging transportation or suggesting hidden gems to visit, their service was thoughtful and proactive. They didn’t just make my stay comfortable—they made it memorable.
