We had a lot of heavy bags and were promise a 1st floor room. When we arrived to check in, we were told that there were no rooms available on the first floor and that we had to take a 2nd floor room. While we were at the desk another person came to register and was given a room on the first floor. We were very unhappy to be told that he could have a room on the 1st floor, but we couldn't, even though that was what we rented. Do not trust these people.

Thoughtfully decorated Southwestern style style rooms. Comfortable size. Clean rooms. Coffee pots and small fridge. Unfortunately they were remodeling the outside of the building. There were jackhammers right outside our room. Why were the workers and guests rooms not rotated during the remodel? Great breakfast, hot and fresh food. The front desk hostesses were the most sour, unfriendly people to be the “face” of this business. Very disappointed to see that they couldn’t find a friendly helpful face in all of Santa Fe.
