Building doesnt look that well, but rooms were nice. Breakfast package was nice surprise we didnt expect. Parking onsite for 30 usd could be cheaper.

Value of the hotel is superb. Location is great.

They provide grab and go breakfast that's quite convenient. You can collect from the front counter and then microwave it in the room. Swimming pool at the side is heated.

Great location next to Little Italy and nice staff. Spent 3 nights here and would have preferred a room on the opposite of side of the Construction Zone which was running 24 hours as it was noisy. Close to waterfront certainly an easy walk. No Restaurant which we were not made aware of prior to booking and we were also not made aware of the huge Construction project going right next door to the Hotel. Limited supplies in the room also if they were not going to make up the room daily, we were expected to ask for what we needed replaced. Also I specifically phoned the Hotel prior to booking to see if there was an Airport Shuttle prior to booking and was told yes there is by their Head Office, only to find that there was not one once we arrived at the airport which was very frustrating. All in all the location and the friendly staff were great but the Hotel is not worth the money they are charging, not sure we would stay ehrea gain.

Overall, the hotel is good, but not bad. It's close to Little Italy and about a 15-minute walk from the beach. Parking is $30 per night. Breakfast is optional and costs extra at the restaurant next door.

Very poor cleaning, the room is frankly dirty. Dirty carpet. The hair dryer in the room did not work - they brought a replacement from another room, but when I took the hair dryer out of the bag, it was all dirty with other people's hair and very dirty. I am not a freak about cleanliness, but for the first time in traveling I wanted to change the location. The bed is not made, towels are changed only upon request. The feeling of untidiness in the room did not go away. Very uncomfortable bathroom, and again - the feeling of not having been washed. The flush in the toilet did not work well. The location is quite convenient - a 10-minute walk from the metro station, easy to get to any part of the city. They give you a card for paying in the metro. The breakfast is very poor, the service at the reception is not the friendliest. On the plus side - you can make coffee, hot chocolate and tea in the lobby around the clock. There is a grocery store nearby with a small selection, but it is open until late.

It is close to the conference venue and the facilities are OK, similar to a family hotel. The relevant facilities are also relatively complete and breakfast is provided. Overall it is good.

This is a chain hotel. The staff is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. Ctrip reservations can be checked in by showing the passport of the booker. The whole process is efficient. The room facilities are very complete, the space is large, and the bedding is very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, and the sound insulation is good. There is a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel. You can prepare swimsuits and swimming caps in advance. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby for free. You can choose your favorite flavor by yourself. The hotel provides free breakfast packages with two options, but the restaurant is not open, so you can only take it away. There are sandwiches with yogurt and so on, which is no problem to eat. The staff is very enthusiastic and can be collected at the front desk at any time. The hotel is located in the city center, only 15 minutes walk to the USS Midway and the Victory Kiss Statue; only 7 or 8 minutes to the Santa Fe train station; about 4 minutes to the nearest subway station; and only 5 minutes walk to Little Italy. There are many restaurants and it is very lively at night. There is a place where restaurants are concentrated, and there is also Chinese food, with many varieties and good taste. It is very convenient to eat, stay and travel, and I recommend everyone to stay.
