Hotel room was clean. In terms of service we totally see no human mending the reception, never saw any housekeeping as well. Check in and check out purely self service by using the machine. The location itself is somewhere in between houses, not very near to the beach as shown in the picture. Just one mini convenient store and a BBQ restaurant nearby the hotel. Better stock up some food to Netflix.

I had to go on a sudden trip to Jeju Island and ended up staying there. Fortunately, it was the off-season so the accommodation prices were reasonable. I looked around several places and found this one clean, so it was really nice. It was close to my favorite Aewol Coastal Road and Sukseongdo, and it was located slightly inside the road so it was very quiet. There was also a check-in/check-out machine, so it was convenient when the owner was away for a while. I will come again next time.

I was looking for a cost-effective hotel with a friend and ended up at Cocoon Hotel. It was really great for a cost-effective hotel. I highly recommend it. The owner was also very kind and I was able to comfortably spend 2 nights and 3 days with my friend. <3

It's close to the coast of Aewol and has a beautiful ocean view. I'm happy when I open my eyes in the morning because of the beautiful ocean view. The interior, including the bathroom, is clean and neat. It also has a European feel. There are good restaurants nearby and there are cats.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. The lady at the front desk is also very nice! Very enthusiastic. I had to catch a flight at 8am, so I asked the lady to book a taxi for me and she was willing to do so. Very nice!
