"The location of the hotel is beautiful. The room is large and clean. The waitresses are good. There are no more advantages on this. Parking spaces are only 2, in a narrow arky pass. After waiting for the administrator to decide his business on the phone and draw attention to us, I asked what to do with the parking space. I was silently given a printed memory with the addresses of the nearest parking lots and a script of dialogue with the outraged guest. There are no one-time appliances in the room. But there is a price that half is missing. For example, when I went down to buy the sewing set listed, I was told that it was a mistake and they didn't have it. There are other more decent hotels in this price category with such location."

"Good hotel, almost home. Administrators are welcome, quick to respond to comments and address shortcomings. Something else I don't remember... in one word you won't stay hungry. Of the downsides: the towel was given with a hole. And there is no fan in the room yet. I had 6 rooms. The price ratio is normal. Taxi in the city works well, the location of the hotel is also normal. There are many shops nearby (5 min walking). I walked to the Zagorodny Park (Volga Beach, there are proteins there) and the Gagarin Park. Before waiting for the train station on a taxi 25 min. Public transport (stops are not far) is as good as it is, you can reach significant points for 20-40 min without transfer. The hotel is near the intersection of 2 major roads, but noise is heard (windows are good), I asked for a room in the yard and slept with an open window. The room wasn't particularly clean, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, no water, no slippers, and only one glass for tea/water, even though two people were staying. We asked reception for another glass and were told, "If they haven't stolen any from the kitchen, you can have one." There were no glasses. The pillows were miles long. The room was dark and not super clean. The only thing you could do in the room was take a hot shower. The room was 2,000 rubles per night. I have no desire to go back there."
